"What will happen to the demand for lawyers over the next decade?" Two-thirds of respondents were convinced there will be more lawyers in ten years, while the other third decided there will be fewer. One comment was particularly lengthy and involved, and we quote from it here:

Factual Background:
Communists tailor their revolutionary strategies and tactics to exploit local conditions. Every culture is different, and thus different approaches are needed to advance Communist objectives.

In many parts of Africa and Asia, where people favor strongman leaders, Communists build cult-like followings for carefully selected Communist figureheads. In Latin America, where the militaries have a strong social presence and juntas are common, the Communists have focused on infiltrating armed forces and developing hidden cells of treasonous officers. In Europe and the Middle East, the Communists have found it easier to disguise Marxist revolution behind labor unions, nationalism, ethnic rivalry, or even "religion."

Though all the above have been tried in the United States, they have produced limited results. American culture stands out more for its hyper-individualism, with the average American reluctant to fight any cause but his own personal one. Thus in America, the Communists have found a different strategy for provoking chaos — through the legal system. In the land of people ready to demand their individual "rights" (and sue for them) at the drop of a hat, where people would rather hire accountants, attorneys, and lobbyists as mercenaries to fight for their selfish interests rather than joining broad movements for defending common interests, the Communists have discovered that Americans can be set at one another's throats through lawsuits and complex regulations.

This divide-and-conquer strategy of playing on individualism means having lawyers. Lots of them.

Businessmen hire lawyers to defend their businesses from lawsuits and regulators, rather than participating in organizations to eliminate the bad judges and bureaucracies. Common people, meanwhile, are goaded into launching lawsuits; women demand their rights, divorcing husbands and taking everything, workers sue their bosses for the slightest perceived insult, racial minorities sue anyone who isn't, and now middle class Americans fight for maximum insurance claims or against annoying neighbors. Even criminals demand their "rights" after they've been convicted.

The explosion in litigation and the lawyers needed to navigate it began with the packing of the Supreme Court by Franklin Roosevelt, and its subsequent radicalization with Dwight Eisenhower naming Earl Warren as Chief Justice. While the federal courts were creating new legal "rights" for Communists traitors and common criminals, they were dismantling national security and tying up law enforcement with paralytic restrictions. Constitutional and legal barriers to socialism and Marxist revolution were removed, new "obligations" were invented that undermined the nation's economy and social fabric, and the door was opened for anyone to sue anyone else for any reason — or no reason at all (I have been told, by those working in the legal profession, that lawyers privately admit eighty percent of their threatened actions have not the slightest legal basis, but that threats work by intimidating people into unnecessary settlements).

As regulations, environmental and otherwise, continue to grow while the courts encourage mutual plunder and looting in the name of standing up for individual "rights," it's obvious that the demand for lawyers can only continue to grow. At least under present conditions.

Relevant Torah Principles:
1) Jewish Law is enforced through rabbinical courts, whether within severe limits (as today, in the Jewish exile) or with full force (as when the legitimate Sanhedrin exists and functions in Israel). Under Torah Law, lawyers play no role in any cases, whether criminal or civil. In fact, Jewish Law prohibits a person from being a lawyer altogether, even as an amateur or for free (Pirkei Avos 1:8). Rabbinical judges act as prosecution, defense, and judge all rolled into one. The courts operate according to strict Torah procedural rules, and the judges must debate the merits of the case privately and according to very demanding Torah laws.

2) While fewer rules govern gentile courts under the Noahide Laws, the procedural rules are similar. While it may be that gentile societies technically could establish confrontational courts with lawyers, the Torah clearly mitigates against that. A single judge governs the trial, and the plaintiffs, defendants, and witnesses present their cases in response to the judge's own questioning. Certain types of witnesses and testimony are not allowed, and evidence must meet a higher standard than used in American courts today. The judge must decide the outcome entirely according to theocratic law — the Noahide Laws and all legitimate laws of the state.

3) Because the judge retains so much control, the Torah demands that he be chosen only from the most G-d-fearing, honest, wise men in the land. He must adhere to the highest standards of religion and morality in all aspects of his life, and is forbidden to have even the most distant connections with any of the litigants — including many things widely accepted today in the court system.

Analysis:
So what will happen to demand for lawyers over the next ten years? During the course of World War III, which is already looming fast on the horizon, Communist disruption of society will only increase, bringing with it a growing need for lawyers.

But as prophecy explicitly teaches, the war will end quite abruptly with the total annihilation of the Amaleki enemy and its world revolution. When it does — probably in less than five or six years — the Noahide Laws will form the basis for the new theocratic systems that arise in every nation on the planet in the war's aftermath. The drastic reorganization of society along theocratic lines will not take place gradually, in contrast to the buildup of Marxist influence over the past century.

That means no college student today would be wise to pursue a law career, for by the time he has the opportunity to pass the Bar exam, the attorney profession will have ceased to exist. And his secular, leftist law education won't do him much good even if he wishes to become a judge; for that, he'll need to be an expert in religious, theocratic law as taught in the Talmud and other Jewish traditions.

To deal with the rising problems of organized crime and drug trafficking, police departments are using more heavily armed officers and SWAT teams in raids. In some cases, drastic force is accidentally applied to innocent neighbors. What is the best way to prevent abuse of growing police powers?

(1) Legalize drugs, so there won't be any need for enforcement.
(2) Place restrictions on police enforcement powers.
(3) Tackle the underlying moral, social, and political problems first.

Rabbi Yoel Schwartz, Jerusalem, Israel (Part 1)

The fact that the new head ("Nasi") of the Moscow-controlled "Sanhedrin" was elevated to his position by Adin Steinsaltz, the KGB agent who stepped aside to promote him, says everything we need to know about "Rabbi" Yoel Schwartz. As has been known to counterintelligence experts for decades, anyone promoted by a Communist agent can generally be presumed to be a fellow Communist.

But Schwartz has his own visible ties to the enemy. Most obviously, he has served as a finger of the Communist-front Root & Branch Association (R & B), which has aggressively promoted Schwartz and his teachings through its vast network of individuals and organizations. Schwartz has long been openly affiliated with R & B on its board of "Consulting Torah Scholars," informally functioning as R & B's primary rabbi in its attempts to seize control of Hasidic Gentiles and the Noahide Laws campaign. R & B cites and circulates various "Noahide" materials written by Schwartz and features him prominently at leading "Noahide" conferences, mainly with the object of building Schwartz's image as the world's leading rabbinical authority on "Noahide" affairs.

Schwartz, while posing as an "orthodox" rabbi, constantly leads Hasidic Gentiles astray with teachings that subtly depart from, or plainly contradict, Torah Law. He brazenly recommends or even pushes inappropriate activities, devises utterly bogus (at times almost blasphemous) "blessings" and "prayers," and does his best at every turn to co-opt and neutralize any positive efforts to teach the Noahide Laws.

In 2000, when R & B (behind the scenes) organized a conference in New York at Yeshiva University's Cardozo Law School — in a failed attempt to consolidate R & B's control over the Noahide campaign — Schwartz was brought in as a prominent speaker to help twist Torah teachings upside-down. Entitled "The Application of the Noachide Code to Contemporary Social Problems," the conference featured a mix of R & B-affiliated rabbis and naive, genuine rabbis brought in to confer legitimacy on the sordid affair. The R & B agents perverted Torah teachings in heretical ways while subtly introducing a Marxist agenda to create a Noahide version of "Liberation Theology."

While Schwartz was in New York for the conference (or possibly earlier), he learned (through Marxist agents who had infiltrated our efforts at the time) that we were then thinking of starting children's schools for teaching the Noahide Laws. Schwartz immediately jumped in front and pretended to have invented the idea himself, while aggressively trying to push us aside and take over the project. Later, when he realized we had dropped the idea, he suddenly lost interest. At that time we also discovered his close sympathy for R & B; when personally confronted with the hard evidence that R & B is an ecumenical, interfaith front for mixing religions, that it is closely affiliated with leading Communists, and that its agenda and connections were heretical, anti-Torah, and even just plain anti-Semitic, Schwartz couldn't answer the charges or even address the evidence. Instead, he responded with jeering, mockery, and various tactics of psychological warfare to try to break down opposition to R & B. It was plainly evident he was a collaborating fellow agent.

It was Schwartz who, earlier this year, led the way in establishing the phony "Sanhedrin's" bogus "Noahide Council," with Schwartz as "Av Beis Din" (head of the "Noahide Court") and populated by gentile R & B agents such as Jim Long, Adam Penrod, Bill Jack Dial, Jacob Scharf, and (formerly) Jack Saunders.

But Schwartz also has direct ties to Communist intelligence services, acting as their agent for the infiltration of Judaism.

This week's example:
Rabbi Hershel Krinsky, Organized Kashrus Laboratories (O-K), Brooklyn, NY

A JAHG-USA volunteer showed Rabbi Krinsky our PLO-defunding Proclamation last October 9th. In fact, the volunteer presented the Proclamation within minutes to two other rabbis working at the same organization. But where the other two signed (see the "Hall of Fame" below), Rabbi Krinsky refused. Adamantly. Yet when asked, he wouldn't give the slightest explanation. He had not the slightest excuse he could cook up, but at the same time he was apparently feeling some kind of behind-the-scenes political pressure.

The Torah is clear on all cowards and sellouts: The enemy will ultimately be annihilated and the Jewish people saved — except for those who refuse to participate now. Those who are presented the opportunity to do something and refuse will not survive the Divine Hand of retribution (as seen from the quote from the book of Esther above). We are headed into a violent, revolutionary period, and each one of us desperately needs G-d's merciful protection to survive to the Messianic Era on the other side. Those who reject the most basic call of Torah now (saving lives) cannot expect to receive that Divine protection when they need it.

Contest Winner: Last week's contest question, "How many missiles, in total, will be fired from PLO-occupied Gaza this coming week?", was guessed most closely by "A.X.," who estimated we would see 11 missiles launched by tonight (Tuesday). We counted a total of 13 Kassam rockets, two of which caused damage and injury through their explosions (see details below).

Thursday: Shots fired at Israeli soldiers by members of the PLO's Fatah, including one who was also an intelligence officer for the PLO's Palestinian Authority (PA); 2 bombs thrown at Israeli soldiers; 2 terrorists intercepted smuggling weapons by sea from Communist Egypt to PLO forces in Gaza; 3 Kassam rockets fired from PLO-occupied Gaza (1 damaged a greehouse); terrorists set fire to trees near a residential community, hoping to engulf the homes in flames; 3 firebombs (Molotov cocktails) thrown at cars on the road; stones thrown at a car driving north of Jerusalem, injuring the female driver.

Saturday (Shabbos & Sat. night): 2 members of the PLO-financed Hamas arrested before they could carry out a large terror attack (presumably a bombing); 1 terrorist injured himself trying to throw a firebomb at Israeli soldiers; 3 Kassam rockets fired from PLO-occupied Gaza.

The PLO and Hamas have nearly ended the charade of "disagreements," working out an official agreement for overtly working together in leading the Palestinian Authority (PA). The PLO has been funding the smaller Hamas for many years with uncountable millions of dollars, essentially using Hamas as a puppet front group for operations for which the PLO doesn't want to take credit. And the PA is anyway a complete tool of the PLO; Hamas leadership is nothing more than window dressing.

Now Communist Egypt, which helps supervise the PLO, Hamas, and other groups on behalf of Soviet Russia, formally proposed absorbing Hamas and the Islamic Jihad into the PLO itself. When that happens, it will end all pretense of separate groups existing. In reality there is only the PLO, the largest, best funded, most heavily armed organization in the worldwide Soviet terror network.

And yet, despite strong, ongoing Congressional opposition to the PLO (and the recent passage of bills prohibiting direct aid to the PA), the Bush Administration remains intent on finding every possible means of funneling U.S. taxpayer money to the PLO — which, as noted before, also goes to Hamas. The money continues to flow, albeit through a bewildering assortment of side channels.

That means you must get involved in stopping Bush's pro-PLO, un-American agenda.

Many Jewish Leaders Are Helping the JAHG-USA Campaign

Like Krinsky the "refusenik," Rabbi Fogelman is a rabbinic coordinator at one of the nation's leading kosher supervision agencies, the "O-K." Its symbol of kosher certification, a K inside a circle, can be seen on thousands of products lining the shelves of supermarkets everywhere.

Rabbi Reizes also works at the O-K agency as a rabbinical coordinator. He and Rabbi Fogelman put their colleague, Rabbi Krinsky, to serious shame.

Rabbi Rieber, a teacher at a major yeshiva for Lubavitch boys, joins dozens of his fellow faculty in endorsing the JAHG-USA campaign, as well as dozens of colleagues at other yeshivos, both Hasidic and non-Hasidic.

• (In response to our May 7th issue, where we answered the false charges of the Christian Church against King David):
"…you… rely on such 'man-made' books as the Talmud and Kabbalah to excuse King David of his sins… It seems very plain from G-d-inspired scriptures that Uriah never meant or wanted to divorce his wife and some rabbi coming along a thousand years later and writing in the Talmud that he did doesn't make it so…" — DJ.

Our response to this letter, part 2: Before we revisit the issue of what sin(s) King David did or didn't commit, there's a critical underlying issue here in referring to G-d's Spoken Word in His Holy Talmud and Kabbalah as "man-made" while simultaneously describing G-d's Written Word (Hebrew Scriptures) as being G-d-inspired.

As discussed in the last issue, G-d's entire Word has been guarded and preserved since Mount Sinai by the Jewish people collectively. That Word has two components: Written and spoken. Other religions, which try to wrap themselves in clothes of imitation "holiness" without, in fact, yielding to G-d's Law, extract only those parts of G-d's Word they can use for their own purposes. Christianity adopted the written component and some pieces of the oral component while surgically removing the rest; Islam absorbed more of the practical content of G-d's Word than did Christianity, but rejected the written Scriptures.

It's one thing for Christian leaders to reject G-d's Spoken Word; any atheist does that, with plenty of rationalizing excuses. But how can those same leaders turn around and declare G-d's Written Word to be holy? At least the atheist is consistent in rejecting both.

As far as I've ever been able to glean, it seems that Christians try to justify the distinction by attacking the rabbis and everything they wrote — thus attempting to smear G-d's Holy Talmud while holding on to the Hebrew Scriptures (and, of course, reinterpreting them according to new doctrines).

What most Christians aren't told by their leaders is that the Bible was also compiled, and even partly written, by those same rabbis!

The ancient oral traditions of G-d's Spoken Word were preserved by the rabbis (the judges of the Sanhedrin established by Moses) and survived the 70-year exile of the Jewish nation in Babylon through a grand council of rabbis known as the "Men of the Great Assembly." Some affiliates of the Great Assembly, such as Jeremiah, also functioned as prophets, but most were simply rabbinical judges operating on their G-d-given authority (see Deut. 17, for example).

The Men of the Great Assembly decided to create a complete Bible of Hebrew Scriptures. They carefully sifted through numerous writings to decide which had the proper degree of holiness for inclusion. They incorporated the Five Books of Moses, of course, and ended up selecting 19 other volumes (written over the 1,000 years following Mount Sinai) to be attached to the Five Books. Many other books weren't included; there are references in Scripture to various "Books of Kings and their Wars," for example, which were deliberately left out (others, like Ecclesiastes and the Song of Songs, almost didn't make it). Upon finishing their selection process, the rabbis sealed the Bible (about 350 BCE), declaring no further writings (such as Maccabees, which came later) could ever be added to the Written component of G-d's Word (as opposed to the Spoken Word, which would be written down in stages in future centuries).

Among those 19 additional books chosen for Scripture by the rabbis were some written by the rabbis themselves — basically, all the later books, including Esther, Ezra/Nehemiah, Daniel, and the Chronicles (I & II). Portions of Ezra/Nehemiah and of Daniel were even written, not in Hebrew, but in Aramaic (an earlier dialect of the same language as the Talmud).

So, ironically, Christians are brainwashed to reject the rabbis (the judges of Israel) and their works — while simultaneously accepting the Bible that was chosen and compiled by those same rabbis, and even including several books written by those rabbis!

The bottom line is that the only basis on which anyone can (properly) conclude the written Bible is, in fact, G-d's inspired Word is that the rabbis say so. By accepting the Bible of the rabbis, Christians are unwittingly embracing the core teachings of the rabbis as to what constitutes G-d's Word. Yet they simultaneously embrace the Roman selection of various Greek writings as a "New Testament" of bogus "scripture." The average Christian has no idea of the contradiction.

As the cloud of deception by Church leaders dissipates, we will see Christians flocking away from the Church by the hundreds of millions to embrace G-d's complete Word, Written and Oral, as one indivisible Truth — while rejecting the Roman-compiled "New Testament" as an uninspired fraud.
