"What should the U.S. do to prepare for the aftermath of Castro's death?" A minority of responses — 20 percent — advocated supporting Cuba's democracy movement, while the remainder of answers unequivocally favored invading Cuba and overthrowing the Communist regime. Comments were sparse, however, and weren't substantive enough to quote here. From the looks of things, it would appear readers don't necessarily know that much about the situation in Cuba today.

Factual Background:
Growing news reports over the last fifteen to twenty years have been suggesting that Cubans are preparing to bring down the Communist regime in Havana and erect a new democracy much like what seemingly happened in eastern Europe in 1989-1991. Accordingly, the Clinton and Bush Administrations have favored increasing trade with Cuba and opening doors to its regime, while quietly undermining anti-Communist opposition by the million or so Cuban refugees in southern Florida. After all, if peaceful transition is in the works, who needs to take wartime measures against Havana?

But top Soviet defector Anatoliy Golitsyn, a former KGB major who gained access to the very highest levels of power in the Soviet Union before escaping to the west in 1961, revealed that the Communist Bloc had already planned the illusion of a "collapse" of Communism in the late 1950s. The original plan was to deceive the west with a phony "end" to Communism during the late 1960s, but unexpected circumstances forced the Communists to pull back and wait until later. In his 1984 book, New Lies For Old, Golitsyn predicted the exact sequence of events that would soon take place in eastern Europe, including the rise of Solidarity in Poland, the tearing down of the Berlin Wall, the "democracy" movement in Czechoslovakia, the "breakup" of the Soviet Union, and "war" in Yugoslavia. The entire spectacle, Golitsyn explained, was a ruse covering for a wave of new Communist aggression around the world, disguised behind other labels; the Communists would retain full power in their countries while merely changing a few faces or flags. And Golitsyn said the entire show would start unfolding within five years — exactly as happened, in 1989!

Golitsyn was the only person in the world to predict all these events, and to do so precisely, because he had participated in the drawing up of the original plans while he was in Moscow. And in his book, Golitsyn foretold that the Communists would consider extending the phony "democratization" (a renewal of Communism, in reality) to Cuba.

Since the early 1990s, a so-called "democracy" movement has arisen inside Cuban borders, where the all-pervasive secret police of the Interior Ministry (MININT) can detect the slightest plans of any citizen, and who routinely arrest thousands of Cubans to be placed in the brutal prisons, concentration camps, and torture centers liberally sprinkled throughout that police-state nation. In other words, the "democracy" movement couldn't possibly exist unless the secret police were themselves creating it.

Leading the bogus "opposition" have been such umbrella groups as the Cuban Democratic Coalition and the Cuban Democratic Convergence, which fearlessly hold public demonstrations — in front of the secret police headquarters! Unsurprisingly, it turns out that the leaders of these and other groups are virtually all members of the Communist Party and its arms, often from the highest levels of the regime. Some of these Communists claim to be "former" Communists, while others don't even bother with such pretenses. Even Raul Castro, Fidel's brother and likely successor in the event of his death, has spoken in favor of the democratic "opposition." But even while the regime continues to tolerate and nurture its own "opposition," it is sharply escalating its support of the international Marxist terror network. Today, dozens of revolutionary organizations from Latin America, Africa, and even Europe maintain headquarters in Havana, from which they are supervised by the General Directorate of Intelligence (DGI), the Cuban intelligence service that operates under strict control by Moscow.

Meanwhile, despite earlier denials, it has become public news that Soviet Russia never actually stopped supporting the Cuban military machine. And Red China is transferring missile technology to Cuba, giving it the capability of striking U.S. cities with nuclear weapons. All this would continue and even accelerate under a new "democratic" regime made of "former" Communists and their agents, while the U.S. would be bilked for spiraling levels of aid to support the new regime and thus, indirectly, the escalating world revolution.

Even the Cuban anti-Communist opposition in Florida has been coming under DGI control in recent years, with Communist agents infiltrating their top organizations and even seizing full control while still pretending to be "anti-Communist." In the event of a "democratic" renewal in Cuba, those Florida-based agents will loudly proclaim the new regime to be legitimate and non-Communist.

There are many details and sources for this information. They can be read in a lengthy article on our sister site, ATTAC Report (http://www.attacreport.com/ar_archives/art_iswr3_cuba.htm), written back in 1994, that already anticipated the coming renewal of Cuban Communism. We strongly recommend you read that article now, before the illusory changes take place.

Relevant Torah Principles:
1) The Noahide commandment of establishing justice prohibits treason, defined as giving aid and comfort to the enemy. The fact that a gentile government might make such aid legal does not change its status under Noahide Law, and anyone who takes advantage of new permissions to sell badly needed items to the enemy faces death by the Hands of Heaven.

2) That same commandment requires a nation to take measures to protect itself from future attack, including launching pre-emptive war if that will be most effective. Failure to start an offensive war when needed amounts to a direct violation of this Noahide commandment, and likewise earns death by the Hand of G-d. When time is of the essence, there can be no delay.

3) This obligation is heightened by the duty to save lives, which although not as binding on gentiles as on Jews, still is required. This is particularly true when gentiles do not face a loss of their own lives by trying to save someone else, and even more so when saving others is the only way to save one's own life as well.

Analysis:
The news about Fidel Castro's failing health is being used as bait for luring Americans into believing imminent television reports of a "regime change" in Cuba. Following that would be a vast flow of economic and technological aid to Cuba's war economy, resulting in an acceleration of terrorism and revolution, the building of a nuclear threat directly against the U.S., and other terrible consequences.

We cannot wait for imaginary changes in Cuba. We must invade with full U.S. force now. And if a "democratic" renewal should come about first, we cannot allow ourselves to be deceived; we must invade anyway to overthrow the neo-Communist (though disguised) regime. It's the only way to save America from a serious threat, and to deliver the oppressed Cuban people from their imprisonment under Communist occupation.

An update on the phony "Sanhedrin" and its "Noahide Council"

Bill Jack Dial, the subversive agent of the Root & Branch Association (R & B) network whom we profiled in our January 15, 2006 issue, has revealed yet another step in the disintegration of the bogus "Sanhedrin."

Dial, a gentile and former member of the "Noahide Council" of the "Sanhedrin," was himself jettisoned weeks ago in a last-ditch attempt to save the increasingly controversial, Moscow-linked organization. Now, on his web site, Dial has just announced that the bogus "Sanhedrin" (which he still supports, of course) is about to undergo a drastic reorganization — "being created anew," in Dial's own words. The implication is that, in order to restore its image after the ongoing exposure it has suffered, the phony "Sanhedrin" is preparing to rearrange its membership to erase the overt ties to R & B. Dial has leaked news of this plan as a "trial balloon," to see if observers will be gullible enough to buy the cosmetic image change as being real.

No doubt the new leadership will solemnly insist they reject all ties to R & B, and that they have nothing to do with the interfaith, religion-merging activities of former "Sanhedrin" head Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz. They'll disavow the speech last January before the Sanhedrin by "Muslim" cleric Sheikh Abdul Hadi Palazzi, another open affiliate of R & B whom we exposed in our February 12, 2006 issue for his ties to Communist Bloc intelligence. And they'll certainly distance themselves from Aryeh Gallin, the anti-Semitic gentile posing as a Jew who heads R & B. But none of the new leadership's protestations of innocence will make any difference.

The bottom line is that the "Sanhedrin" has always been under the tight control of numerous agents of Moscow, including its current head, Rabbi Yoel Schwartz. Any "reorganization" will be entirely designed and orchestrated by those subversive agents, and the "new" leadership will be carefully selected by Soviet Russia's KGB/FSB while making the process appear to be "spontaneous" and "unguided." The bogus "Sanhedrin" will continue to do nothing genuine to fight international Communism, including terminating U.S. funding for the PLO, while it and its "Noahide Council" will only continue to sabotage the Hasidic Gentile campaign while trying to hijack it for interfaith subversion.

We've received lots of new information showing the hidden designs of the phony "Sanhedrin" dating back to its official start two years ago. And, G-d willing, we plan to reveal that evidence over the next few issues. So stay tuned.

Terrorism Update:

The Bush Administration continues to fund the PLO war against Israelis, Turks, Arabs, and Americans through direct aid to PLO organizations, aid to Communist Lebanon and Communist Egypt, funding of the United Nations, and foreign aid to certain non-Communist Arab governments — all of whom are aiding the PLO and its Hamas and Hezbollah fronts. So this is what your tax dollars are accomplishing:

Summary of terror attacks, Wednesday (August 23) through Tuesday (August 29): It was a week full of pipe bombs, firebomb attacks, rock-throwing attacks, planned knifings barely averted, and Kassam rockets fired against civilian targets, as well as assaults of gunfire and anti-tank missiles against Israeli soldiers. Where credit was taken, it was done by either the Al-Aqsa Brigades of the PLO's majority Fatah faction, the PLO-funded Hamas, or the PLO-coordinated Islamic Jihad; but in most cases, the attacks remained anonymous, as usual — carried out by various arms and fronts of the PLO, which occupies the Gaza Strip and much of the West Bank.

The two kidnapped reporters from Fox News, one American and one New Zealander, were released this week. No one was willing to acknowledge who carried out the kidnapping and threatened their lives, but the best clue was in the fact that the "middleman" for negotiations was the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), an umbrella organization uniting the Al-Aqsa Brigades of the PLO's Fatah with Hamas and other groups — in other words, the only groups that could have carried out the kidnapping anyway. Undoubtedly it was the PRC itself that captured and held the reporters — meaning that your tax dollars to the PLO paid for the kidnapping of an American.

Attacks on Arabs are rising. A PLO stone roadblock in the middle of a West Bank highway, planted to sabotage cars driving through, injured several palestinian Arabs when their car smashed into the trap (such indiscrimate traps are obviously expected to create Arab as well as Jewish casualties, both of which are sought by the PLO). An Israeli Arab was targeted in a knifing attack by a terrorist from PLO-occupied territory, resulting in the Arab victim's hospitalization. And a palestinian Arab was shot and murdered by Hamas for refusing to stop at an illegal roadblock erected by the terrorists. With such mounting assaults on them by PLO forces coupled with the lack of protection by Israeli authorities — and in the face of Israel's ongoing appeasement of, and surrender to, the PLO and Hezbollah — it is no wonder both palestinian and Israeli Arabs are becoming increasingly afraid to challenge PLO propaganda.

Many Jewish Leaders Are Helping the JAHG-USA Campaign

These are some more foreign Chabad representatives who endorsed the PLO-defunding Proclamation last November (unlike Rabbi Lipskar, as reviewed above), at the start of the annual convention of Chabad rabbis in Brooklyn:

The rebirth of synagogues and Judaism in Germany isn't because of German Jews; they've all been gone since World War II. But these days, thousands of emigre Russian Jews are living in Germany, and a series of Chabad synagogues have sprouted up to serve them. Rabbi Mendelson runs one of those Chabad Houses in a southern German city near the French border. On November 23rd, the day before the Chabad convention officially started, we asked Rabbi Mendelson to sign the Proclamation, which he did on the spot.

Rabbi Caroline also signed up that evening. His Chabad synagogue serves the Key Biscayne area just south of Miami Beach, Florida — and of Surfside, where "refusenik" Rabbi Lipskar's synagogue is located. By Divine Providence, Rabbi Lipskar is shamed by one of his closest Chabad neighbors in a similarly exclusive area.

Rabbi Wilhelm endorsed the Proclamation the next day, as the convention was getting underway. His synagogue is located in the prosperous eastern part of New York's Long Island, the west of which is occupied by Brooklyn and Queens.

While none of these rabbis have nearly the money that Rabbi Lipskar has, they all found no difficulty in signing an obviously important Proclamation. Surely Rabbi Lipskar could learn from these other Chabad rabbis!

"I am writing to ask what the Noahides' position is on evangelism.… I was asked if Noahides evangelize and immediately said no, but as I sit here now, I suppose I should not have answered so quickly. Please respond with an answer containing Tanach, Talmud or other texts…" — RI

Our response: Since the word "evangelism" specifically refers to Christian missionizing, the proper term for recruitment of gentiles to Torah religion would be "proselytizing." And proselytize Judaism does, even though the vast majority of Jews today absolutely don't know that.

The Hebrew Scriptures (Deut. 20) refer to the Torah rules regarding conquest of gentile lands and cities by Jewish armies. In verses 10-11, the chapter commands Jews to negotiate the gentile city's surrender; if the gentiles accept, they are to be reduced to permanently subjugated status. As explained in the oral traditions that accompany the text, such surrender must include acceptance of the Noahide Laws as their new religion.

Then, in verses 12-15, the passage tells Jews what to do if the gentiles don't accept the terms of surrender (including dropping their religion for the Noahide Laws). It commands the Jews to conquer the city, kill all males, seize the women and children as perpetual slaves, and plunder the city's material possessions. And verse 15 explicitly declares this applies to gentile cities anywhere in the world, not just near Israel's borders. In other words, the Bible potentially applies this to Rome, London, New York, and Los Angeles.

That's proselytizing by the sword, quite literally. And it's a primary Scriptural basis for the rules of Jewish Law regarding forced proselytizing of gentiles (to be Hasidic Gentiles, not Jews) as stated in the comprehensive work of Jewish Law written by Maimonides, the Mishneh Torah:

But how are Jews to carry out these rules in a place like the United States, where government authorities prevent us from shutting down Christian or Muslim practices? That answer was provided by the Tosafos Yom Tov in his commentary on the section of the Talmud (or Mishnah, to be precise) known as "Pirkei Avos" ("Chapters of the Forefathers"). There (3:14) he quotes the teachings of Rabbi Akiva on this issue, who showed that the Torah commands Jews to proselytize gentiles by force of persuasion, especially when proselytizing by the sword is not physically possible. We are commanded to teach gentiles the Noahide Laws and their implications — including not to erect Christmas trees or crosses, not to celebrate such holidays, etc. — and to use aggressive verbal persuasion and pressure to convert gentiles away from Buddhism, Christianity, or Islam to becoming Hasidic Gentiles.

In our own times, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, one of the great scholars of Torah of our generation, argued vociferously and constantly (from about 1980 until his stroke in 1992) for Jews to make this proselytizing of gentiles our top priority, literally.

And there's no question that such verbal persuasion is likewise a duty of Hasidic Gentiles, who must also go forth and pull other gentiles out of false religions.
