JAHG-USA Newsletter: Week of 24 Sivan, 5767 / June 10, 2007

"Should women be elected to top positions in government?" Our current readership covers a relatively wide religious spectrum — including Jews (Hasidic and other orthodox, as well as non-observant), Hasidic Gentiles, and Christians (Protestant, and possibly Catholic as well) — and resides all over the world, not just the United States. Yet, to our surprise, this diversity didn't prevent readers from answering this week's question with a unanimous "No." Evidently feminist concepts don't sell well among conservatives anywhere, and conservative values are probably the one common denominator uniting most of our readers. Here are excerpts of additional comments:

Even a quick, international survey of women who are recent political leaders or candidates seems, at first glance, to give a clue. There's the avidly pro-Communist Condoleezza Rice, long-time, prominent member of the Fabian Socialist Council on Foreign Relations (CFR); Hillary Clinton, whose husband is a CFR member, and who has her own long history of participation in Communist and terrorist organizations; Angela Merkel, chancellor of Germany, whose father and she herself have evidently been agents of East German intelligence (the Stasi), and therefore of the Soviet KGB/SVR; Segolene Royal of France, recent candidate of its Communist-affiliated Socialist Party; Michelle Bachelet, the Communist underground revolutionary now president of Chile; Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Fabian Socialist occupying the presidency of Liberia; Tzippy Livni, a former member of the Communist-infiltrated Mossad (Israeli intelligence) and a brazen advocate of surrender to the PLO who potentially stands next in line for Israeli prime minister; and many others.

But plenty of Communist or Socialist men are equally available, so the preponderance of hard Leftists among female politicians hardly explains the Leftist enthusiasm specifically for women as leaders.

Nor does it explain the nearly universal Communist policy of promoting women to leadership positions within their own Communist parties, regimes, or other organizations. Terrorist groups ranging from the PLO to the Sendero Luminoso (Shining Path) of Peru to the Weather Underground of the U.S. actively promote women up their ranks; so do Communist regimes, not just in Soviet republics or Red China, but even in the conservative Muslim world — as in Communist Algeria and Communist Iran, where large numbers of women are placed in leading positions in government and other institutions. And that's not just Communist practice; Communist "ideology" explicitly states that women must be promoted within any Communist apparatus in order for the revolution to achieve its true goals.

But what goals could those be? Communism is only interested in social demolition, anarchy, and the end of world civilization. What role does the political promotion of women play in revolutionary destruction?

One can get some idea of the direction Communists wish to take the world by examining pagan, especially ancient, societies. Even a glancing overview quickly draws one's attention to the extreme proliferation in idolatrous cultures of female deities (goddesses), female priestesses and oracles, female rulers, and female participation in pagan festivals (especially in mass prostitution). Those societies were permeated with licentiousness and the moral weakness typical of paganism.

In the workplace and elsewhere, when men lead and women are not present, a culture of achievement and effectiveness can more easily take root. But when the numbers and/or status of women predominate, men become distracted and ineffective, light-headed socializing overpowers hard work, and immorality takes over while goal-oriented thinking is neglected.

That's precisely the kind of havoc Communists aim to wreak in all political and social institutions throughout the world, eventually reducing all society to the level of animalistic savages in the wild.

Relevant Torah Principles:
1) Torah Law prohibits Jewish women from ever serving as priests in the Temple, from being judges (and thus from being rabbis, who serve as judges), from ruling as monarch (only kings, not queens, may rule), and generally from holding any position of leadership over men, largely for the sake of modesty and avoiding licentiousness.

2) Noahide Law likewise prohibits gentile women from serving as judges (see Maimonides, Mishneh Torah, Laws of Kings 9:14). Since a monarch performs some duties as a judge, this would strongly imply gentile nations should also not be ruled by queens, only by kings; by extension, this would apply to presidents and prime ministers, who typically wield powers of law enforcement and issuing pardons.

3) The principles of modesty and avoiding immoral flirtation between the genders definitely applies to gentiles as much as to Jews. This has been confirmed by at least one rabbi that I know of, and in any case falls under the concept of principles that are mandated by logic, which the Lubavitcher Rebbe proved (using various Torah sources) applies to the Noahide Laws. Thus the integration of men and women into common workplaces, or the elevation of women to authority over men, would be forbidden for reasons of modesty.

4) By implication, Jewish sage Maimonides applies the Torah prohibitions against cross-dressing (men in women's clothes, or women in men's clothes) to gentiles under the commandment against idolatry. As Maimonides explains in his Sefer HaMitzvos ("Book of Commandments"), cross-dressing was practiced in pagan societies specifically for its effect in encouraging licentious thoughts and behavior, an essential part of many idolatrous ceremonies and rituals. By extension, women occupying men's roles in any context tends to encourage immorality, as witnessed by the tide of adulterous affairs in business, academic, and political settings today.

5) In an emergency, Torah does allow a woman temporarily to serve in a leadership capacity. The prototypical example is of Deborah, a judge during the early period of the ancient Israeli nation. But the very fact that she had to serve as judge and leader is cause for the rabbinical sages to criticize the Jews of that generation, who lacked any man strong enough to lead. Deborah herself criticized her own husband for his pathetic weakness, thus forcing her to lead instead. As the Talmud explains, in a place where no one else acts as a man, one is commanded to step forward and be a man (see Pirkei Avos 2:5).

Analysis:
The drive to elevate women to political leadership isn't just forbidden, it's a deadly trap designed to tear down society. The enemy seeks to pull our culture down into ineffectiveness, paralysis, and defeat.

Thus as much as we must prevent subversives from becoming leaders, we must even more urgently prevent female subversives from achieving power. And we must all become politically active (men influencing men, and women influencing women separately) to expose and neutralize the feminist movement. It's an obligation not only for Jews, but also for gentiles under the Noahide Law of establishing proper justice (and proper political systems).

In the absence of Bush Administration willingness to win wars, should we support Iranian opposition groups to help them overthrow the Iranian regime?

(2) Support some groups, not others.

Subversion Alert

This week:
Interfaith Subversion Update, Part 8 — Shlomo Amar

Israel's Chief Sephardic rabbi, Shlomo Amar, is proving he's every bit as subversive as his colleague, Chief Ashkenazic Rabbi Yona Metzger. Together with Metzger, Amar has participated in interfaith meetings — strictly forbidden by Torah Law, of course — with the Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury in England, with Pope Benedict XVI in Italy, and even with the Tibetan Buddhist Dalai Lama in Jerusalem.

But Amar isn't satisfied merely with honoring idolatrous leaders; he takes the time to legitimize terrorists, too.

Last December, Amar had the chutzpah (brazen audacity) to participate in an ecumenical meeting with Michel Sabbah, the Catholic archbishop of Jerusalem and a virulently pro-Communist, pro-PLO radical; Mawfiq Tarif, the pro-PLO religious leader of the pagan Druze sect originally founded by Gnostic revolutionaries; and Sheikh Abdullah Nimar Darwish, founder of the pro-PLO Islamic Movement, a front for the terrorist group Hamas. Naturally, the meeting featured a lavish dose of Communist, anti-Israel propaganda in addition to legitimizing false religions. But Amar didn't even walk out, preferring to drag the name of the Jewish people into that cesspool of propaganda by continuing the "dialogue" with those subversives.

Last month, Amar extended his generosity to Christian missionaries, and Marxist ones at that. He and Yona Metzger both tried to legitimize a pair of conferences in Jerusalem between Leftist evangelical Christian groups (linked to Communist-aligned movements) and Jews, despite a clear ruling by leading rabbis that participation in those conferences was absolutely prohibited by Torah. By throwing the rabbis' ruling into question, Amar helped the missionaries gain legitimacy and access to naive Jews.

Amar even puts his energies into promoting the insidious agenda of the Communist-front, interfaith Root & Branch Association (R & B), including its "lost tribes" theology, tinged with anti-Semitism. Promoted by a variety of White Power, Black Power, neo-Nazi, and other radical movements, "lost tribes" or "identity" propaganda declares that various ethnic groups — Anglo-Saxons, blacks, Japanese, Afghans, Ethiopians, American Indians, Hindu Indians, etc., etc. — are the missing ten tribes of the nation of Israel. It is often coupled with declaring Jews not to be real Jews, and even with supporting PLO terrorism.

Some of the "lost tribes" voices, including R & B, have pushed for recognition of certain ethnic groups in India as the descendants of the tribe of Menasheh. Plenty of skeptics point out that there is no good evidence that those people are anything but gentiles who were influenced by a few isolated Jewish ideas (like the entire religions of Christianity and Islam). But last year, in his eagerness to promote R & B propaganda, Amar ignored the lack of evidence and officially declared those Indians to be "descendants of Israel." To gain acceptance for his radical move, Amar was then forced to conduct a mass conversion to Judaism by those Indians, without which most orthodox rabbis would never recognize those Indian gentiles as being "Jews." But that conversion process was an implicit admission that Amar couldn't back up the claim of Israelite ancestry for those Indian gentiles.

Stung by criticism that he was flooding the Jewish people with marginal or illegitimate converts, Amar made squeaking noises last November about taking measures to block phony conversions to Judaism by the anti-Torah Reform and "Conservative" movements (both founded and dominated by Communists, and both rejecting all the fundamentals of Jewish Law and tradition). But given his obvious subversive, anti-Jewish agenda, don't count on Shlomo Amar to carry out those promises anytime soon.

He'll probably be too busy with another interfaith meeting.

Terrorism Update:

Summary of PLO-related terror attacks these last two weeks, Wednesday (May 30) through Tuesday (June 10):

The PLO's leading group, Fatah, and one of its main armed wings, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, cautiously returned to taking credit for some terror attacks, including bombings, shootings, and at least 2 Kassam missiles. Fatah also worked with the Islamic Jihad Movement in a dramatic assault on an Israeli military outpost, firing rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), throwing grenades, and firing automatic weapons in a failed attempt to kidnap another soldier. And Fatah thugs crippled two palestinian Arabs with "kneecapping," a technique used by the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and other Communist revolutionaries worldwide, in which the victim's legs are mutilated by shooting or by using electric drills, for failing to support the revolution; in this case, the Arabs were accused of not supporting the PLO, and were shot in the legs — publicly, in the main square of Nablus, to drive home the message of intimidation and terror to all Arabs. Fatah then promptly announced it would hunt down more Arabs for failing to support the PLO revolution.
Israeli forces are under strict orders not to come to the rescue of palestinian Arabs being tortured, crippled, or murdered by the PLO. So how many palestinians can afford to refuse PLO orders to attack Israel? They have nowhere to turn for protection.
The PLO's second most influential group, the openly Marxist-Leninist Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), took credit for some of the Kassam missiles. In the past, PFLP cells have also turned out to be behind the attacks with rocks and "Molotov cocktail" firebombs on motorists, and quite likely were responsible for some of those ongoing attacks these last two weeks.
The Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), which were founded by Fatah and are thus under strict PLO control, stepped up to take credit for several Kassam missile launches. The PRC was the primary group involved in kidnapping Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit last year, meaning that Shalit is presumably being held by the PLO (if he is still alive, which is uncertain).
The PLO-controlled Palestinian Authority (PA) openly took part in Fatah's torture/crippling of two palestinian Arabs, as mentioned above. In fact, some of the Fatah terrorists were themselves members of the PA's bogus "police force"! With "police" like that, palestinian Arabs are in serious trouble.
To deflect some attention from the PLO, however, the Islamic Jihad Movement took official responsibility for a good number of the Kassam-missile firings, plus two longer-range Kuds missiles. Islamic Jihad also helped the PLO in the above-mentioned kidnapping attempt against Israeli soldiers, and participated in at least one other shooting attack on soldiers.
Consistently left out of "news" reports is the fact that the Islamic Jihad is not separate from the PLO. While it does not have official membership status, it has been coordinated by PLO commanders since the early 1980s, and for many years Islamic Jihad has had full representation on the PLO's ruling council, a presence equal to every PLO member group. So Islamic Jihad is nothing more than an arm and semi-member of the PLO, yet the news media (including the badly infiltrated Arutz Sheva, which poses as "right wing") disingenuously present Islamic Jihad attacks as if they had nothing to do with the PLO.
Hamas, which is not a member of the PLO but receives generous PLO funding and weapons supplies, fired a number of mortar shells at Israelis from the other side of the Gaza Strip fence. It failed in an attempted bombing attack on Israelis, but successfully murdered a palestinian Arab woman in Gaza through random shooting in the streets, a technique used to instill great fear in the captive Arab population. The random gunfire by Hamas and Fatah, allegedly against one another, may be killing dozens or even hundreds of innocent Arabs; but with the PLO tightly controlling Gaza, there's no independent source of information.
A weekly riot against Israeli police was instigated by unnamed foreign and Israeli "leftists," presumably including such groups as the overtly Marxist-Leninist, PLO-funded International Solidarity Movement (ISM).
In south-eastern Turkey, the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK, the Communist party of Turkish Kurds) carried out a large assault on a military facility, murdering several Turkish soldiers with anti-tank missiles, grenades, and automatic-weapons fire. The PKK was founded by the PLO circa 1980, when it had no — absolutely zero — Kurdish members. It remains nothing but a PLO front terrorizing Kurds and other Turks.

Even while the PLO and Hamas continue to share money, weapons, and members, they're still issuing phony reports about "fighting" between the groups, complete with largely unconfirmable casualty stories. The disinformation has two main effects: (1) Palestinian Arab civilians are being randomly injured and murdered, sowing seeds of intimidation among the general Arab population, and (2) the CFR-dominated George Bush Administration has an extra excuse to give the PLO more money and weapons (to fight off Hamas, you understand).

• "…[There is] a massive campaign to convert westerners to Islam…. What worries me is our government and councils accomodating the wishes of the fundamentalist Muslims…. They have anti-Semitic book shops set up in their ghettoes, yet cry out if anyone complains. They run the streets raping and bashing, but it's a 'youth problem.' They even threaten the police and judges…. The west is naive to what's in store." — JR.

Our response: People in Christian nations don't just hear about "Al Qaeda" and the threat of "fundamentalist Islam" from the television set; in many cases, large immigrant communities of Arabs are breeding grounds of revolutionary propaganda, crime, gangs, and even large-scale violence. Hezbollah crime syndicates in the United States and South America, suicide bombers in England, radical Imams in Germany, and gangs conducting sophisticated urban guerrilla warfare in France have persuaded millions of westerners that they face a growing Islamic menace.

There's a lot of truth in this perception. Terrorist groups and their interlocking front organizations are spreading their tentacles among Muslims, especially Arabs, in western nations. They are moving men, money, and weapons across national borders, most often to support revolution in the Middle East but also to operate against western targets themselves.

There's just one, huge error with how people judge the problem: It isn't coming from Muslims.

As can be readily documented in most cases, the criminal and radical activities in Arab or Muslim communities are entirely run by Marxist-Leninist movements who hate all religion, including Islam. Their networks are built around various Communist parties, coordinated by the Soviet Russian KGB/SVR and its proxy intelligence agencies in the Middle East, supported by local, non-Muslim Communists, and closely linked to Marxist revolutionary forces such as black power, white power, Latino gangs, the Irish Republican Army (IRA), the Basque ETA, and numerous other non-Muslim forces.

The "Islamic" label is purely a diversion for outsiders, a shield to help disguise the Soviet Russian and Red Chinese coordination of the international revolution — that is, to allow Moscow and Beijing to conduct terrorism while being protected from retaliation.

The Torah explains that the Amaleki nation of evil is the world's expert at disguising itself behind other nationalities while attacking, precisely to confuse our counter-attack and render it ineffective.

G-d willing, we're planning to write short articles on recent "Al Qaeda" disinformation in the Middle East, showing that much of the fighting in Lebanon, Iraq, the Gaza Strip, and Egypt is faked to create the myth of the "Islamic threat" and to draw western nations into deadly traps against phantom enemies, while the real enemy runs the show.
