"Issues of World War III" Survey
Is business investment the best way to help war-torn Rwanda rebuild? Every single responding reader opted to help Rwanda in some other way, rather than through economic investment. Not everyone included extra comments, but those who did probably checked our sister site, ATTAC Report, to find that Rwanda is a Communist nation a fact noted by those who did add comments. So it would seem that the general sense of readers was that we cannot help a nation while it remains under Communist occupation. We won't quote any of the comments this week, since they were all short and all reflected this idea.
The Communist International had been exploiting Rwanda's racial divide between the relatively educated, minority Tutsis and the poorer, majority Hutu tribe since at least the 1950s. By the time Belgium withdrew as the colonial protector in 1962, Rwanda came under the political control of the Hutus, at that time under some limited degree of Communist influence.
But ultimately it was the Tutsis, through brainwashing in the schools, who provided better soil for Communist infiltration than the simpler, more conservative Hutus. By the mid-1980s, the terrorist Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) was established primarily among Tutsi exiles in Uganda. Led by Communist revolutionary Paul Kagame and armed by the Communist Bloc through neighboring Tanzania (itself a Communist-occupied nation since the 1960s), the RPF helped overthrow the Ugandan government and bring Communist revolutionary Yoweri Museveni to power.
With Uganda having fallen to the Reds, the Soviets were now well placed to build up the RPF sufficiently to overcome the French-supported Rwandan government. During the early 1990s, the heavily armed RPF invaded Rwanda and established enclaves of control. In 1994, Rwanda's president was assassinated, apparently by a hit team under the command of the RPF's Kagame. Immediately his forces swung into action and overran the country, massacring Rwandans while Hutu militias struggled to defend themselves. Some two million Rwandans, mostly Hutus, fled the country; hundreds of thousands died in the process, a deliberate genocide that shocked and horrified the world. Soviet Russia and Red China provided support for the RPF bloodbath, including using the United Nations to block outside intervention to save Rwandan lives.
As soon as Kagame's new Communist regime was established, the Communists and their allies began an Orwellian inversion of reality, claiming instead that the Hutus (the victims) had purposelessly and senselessly carried out the genocide, and that the Communists and their supporters were the real victims. That is the propaganda incessantly repeated in the news media and schools to this day; it counts on the fact that Rwanda is too poor, too remote, and too uninteresting for most outsiders to bother finding out the truth.
By 1997, the Rwandan Communist regime joined forces with its comrades ruling Uganda, Tanzania, and Burundi to channel Soviet Russian military support to the revolutionaries under long-time Communist Laurent Kabila, who quickly conquered Zaire and turned it into the Communist nightmare known as the "Democratic Republic of the Congo." Since then, militias backed by the Congolese regime, as well as by the Communist rulers of Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda, and Angola, have laid waste to the Congo, murdering millions of civilians in calculated genocide.
Over the last two decades, a Red belt has encompassed virtually all the nations of central Africa, bringing untold misery, genocidal extermination of millions of people, and crushing poverty with no escape.
To maintain its grip over the region, the Communist Bloc needs vast infusions of money to its proxy regimes in Africa, which present an enormous financial burden on Soviet Russia and Red China.
That's where "religious" leaders are stepping in. Some Leftist evangelicals, such as Pastor Rick Warren of the Saddleback Church in Orange County, California, are lobbying businessmen to invest in Rwanda. Warren, who promotes a full-fledged Marxist agenda in "Christian" disguise and who works closely with Communists and their allies, is backed by the Rwandan Communist regime in promoting every scheme, from building tourist resorts to providing AIDS funding, as ways of subsidizing the Red regime.
But, of course, Warren and his allies obscure the Communist nature of the regime and portray the plan as helping the people of Rwanda. Many Christian businessmen, it seems, are being fooled.
Relevant Torah Principles:
1) Whether by Jews or gentiles, tzedakah (charitable giving) is not for the benefit of the giver (his ego, or future favors in return) but is rather for the sake of the recipient. It must be given according to what is actually needed and what will truly benefit the needy person. If a person gives merely to "feel good," he is helping no one, and may even be making the problem worse; moreover, he receives no reward for his "good intentions."
2) The Torah teaches that any mitzvah (good deed) performed instead of the one that should be done is not a good deed, but a terrible sin. A person who picks and chooses which commandments he wishes to perform, and in which priority, is following himself instead of
3) In time of war, all other concerns must give way to achieving victory. A person is obligated to set aside his family, his wife and children, along with all other concerns, personal or religious, and to devote himself wholeheartedly to battle. Nothing else, not even a normally holy commandment, is allowed to get in the way. This obligation is stated explicitly for Jews (Maimonides, Mishneh Torah, Laws of Kings 7:15), but presumably also applies to gentiles when fighting a proper war.
4) Given the profoundly evil nature of the Amaleki nation, once we are at war with them, it is neither permissible nor possible to make any type of peace agreement or truce with them; in fact, to do so is suicidal. Amaleki revolutionaries will often feign a desire for peace (when the tide is against them), but they are eternally treacherous and always maneuvering to gain the upper hand before moving in for the kill. This is the reason Torah commands us to exterminate every last Amaleki without mercy (once the war is already underway).
Aid to Rwanda or any other Communist-occupied nation will never help the captive population. On the contrary, it only strengthens the regime and makes life even worse for the victims. Moreoever, the Communists use that aid to spread revolution even further, ultimately using it to annihilate the fools who provided it.
Thus there is no solution for Rwanda, for Africa in general, or for our own survival, except to wipe out the Communist regimes now ruling those nations. This means cutting off all financial aid and economic trade with all nations of the Communist Bloc and, if necessary, actively going to war to destroy Red regimes.
It's a Torah obligation for us not to stand by and watch while Communists slaughter Africans. But it's also a matter of our own survival; if we don't free the captive peoples, we ourselves will be next in line.
And now for this week's survey question:
|Many countries, including Israel and the United States, have women running for president or prime minister. Should women be elected to top positions in government?
(1) No, women shouldn't be political leaders.

Interfaith Subversion Update, Part 7 Yona Metzger & the WCRP
The KGB-front, interfaith World Conference of Religions for Peace (WCRP) held its 1971 founding meeting in Kyoto, Japan. So for its 35th anniversary last year, the organization chose the same location for its international conference. In attendance was the usual coterie of Communists and their allies masquerading as religious leaders, including a delegation from Marxist Iran headed by Iranian leader Mohammad Khatami.
And there in Kyoto, too, was Israel's chief Ashkenazic rabbi, Yona Metzger, eagerly selling out Judaism to the ecumenical, religion-mashing agenda of the WCRP. In fact, he was featured as a speaker at the event, where he publicly expressed regret that Khatami and the Iranian revolutionaries refused to speak with him. So instead he turned to WCRP Secretary General William Vendley, a close ally of the Iranian Communist regime, to help facilitate cooperation between Metzger and Iran.
Metzger doesn't just pursue interfaith with (phony) Muslims; he welcomes (equally phony) Christian influence into Jewish circles just as enthusiastically. Three weeks ago, when some orthodox rabbis blocked a scheduled series of Christian-Jewish meetings with interfaith overtones, Metzger jumped forward to see if he could engineer a reversal and permit the events.
At issue were such groups as Christian Friends of Israeli Communities, Bridges for Peace, and the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus. These evangelical organizations claim to be pro-Israel, but they do not participate in the PLO-defunding campaign, nor do they disavow missionizing work to convert Jews to pagan Christianity. Indeed, these "Christian" groups openly call for interfaith dialogue with Jews the same agenda as advocated by the WCRP, Soviet Russia, and the United Nations and they are tightly networked with movements and organizations long promoted by the Communist Party, USA, and various Soviet Russian KGB fronts. These same "Christian" groups, naturally, advocate such Marxist causes as feminism, similar to many left-wing evangelicals in the United States; feminist political activism was, in fact, the primary agenda of two of the recent evangelical Christian-Jewish events that Metzger tried to rescue.
Even when he's not busy supporting ecumenical meetings, Yona Metzger finds every opportunity on his own to push the Marxist agenda thinly veiled behind Jewish religious teachings. Last year, when evidence surfaced that the flu vaccine was endangering lives, Metzger jumped in front to support radical Marxist Public Health goals, insisting (contrary to Torah rules) that it is a religious duty for Jews to receive the useless, dangerous, unnecessary vaccine. Mass vaccinations, and similar Public Health campaigns, have long been a staple of cultural and psychological warfare waged by the Jacobin revolutionaries of France, the Communists, and the Nazi regime of Germany.
Metzger's colleague, the chief Sephardic rabbi of Israel, is meanwhile proving to be the same kind of subversive.

Eye-Openers in the News
A closer look at news reports in recent weeks turns up some revealing gems:
Summary of PLO-related terror attacks these last two weeks, Wednesday (May 16) through Tuesday (May 29):
The "Terrorism Updates" in recent issues of this JAHG-USA newsletter have been making PLO leaders seriously worried. They are well aware of this newsletter's growing reach among Americans and Israelis, and they're nervous about facing a backlash from both countries against the beast's head the PLO rather than against its Hamas tentacle. So this last couple of weeks, while a firestorm of hundreds of Kassam missiles was unleashed at Israel, the PLO was very, very careful not to take credit (in the past, of course, the PLO has often boasted about its role in missile firings). Nevertheless, the PLO was deeply involved in the latest terror wave.
In typical dialectical fashion, Communists throughout the Middle East are making a big tumult about alleged "Islamist" or "Al Qaeda" groups posing a threat to stability, and are loudly demanding increased aid to offset the phantom "threats." Communist Lebanon claims it's waging war against Fatah al-Islam, supposedly linked to "Al Qaeda"; Communist Egypt complains that the Muslim Brotherhood and its affiliated groups are a danger; and the PLO insists, with a straight face, that it's in pitched battle either with the "Islamist" Hamas or the "Al Qaeda"-ish Army of Islam.
The common denominator is that each of these Communists gangs is receiving financial and military aid from Uncle Sam to offset the "threat." But as we hope to detail in future issues, these "Islamist" groups are nothing of the kind; they are, rather, carefully constructed decoys for justifying a U.S. alliance with brutal Communist regimes.
George Bush doesn't need such excuses; he's gladly giving the aid anyway. But Bush needs our cooperation to get away with it, and that's precisely why elaborate decoys are being created for our consumption. Instead of falling for the ruse, visit our PLO-defunding site, at www.attacreport.com/plo/volunteer.php, to volunteer your time in JAHG-USA's campaign.

Letters to the Editor
(Part 1 of a letter in response to the article on yoga in our last issue):
"I am totally in accord [with you] re: Hinduism and yoga as well as Karate. But I hear Jewish souls promote these as good practices and was told off when recently I expressed my fear of anything from eastern [cultures]. Much of Karate comes from the mind and so the state of mind must be achieved first. Yoga induces a state of mind too, with no control over one's thinking. Judaism has all one needs to lift the soul; any other source is unknown and therefore risky ". JR.
Our response: It is a terribly unfortunate reality today that so many Jews naively participate in idolatrous "New Age" practices, either for "health" reasons or "spiritual" ones. In fact, Jews constitute a disproportionately high fraction of those who indulge in Zen Buddhism, yoga-style meditation, Hindu and Hare Krishna cults, American Indian Shamanism, etc.
In the case of non-observant Jews, who haven't grown up with true, orthodox Judaism or Torah learning, that's somewhat understandable; they're looking for higher meaning, and don't know where to find it. In their case, the problem was traditionally solved by teaching them concepts from Torah, especially the mystical philosophy of Hasidus.
But, in a bizarre twist, the problem has recently been invading the orthodox world as well! Young Jewish women in their twenties or thirties, often "baalos teshuvah" (newly religious from secular backgrounds), are found practicing yoga or pagan forms of "alternative healing"; idolatrous symbols from eastern, pagan religions are found on Chabad-Lubavitch publications; and many orthodox or Hasidic Torah programs sound more like something from Madonna and the gnostic "Kabbalah Center" than from Jewish teachings.
Under normal circumstances, there's no way rabbis and observant Jews would allow such un-Jewish monstrosities into their communities. But with the all-pervasive influence of hidden Communist agents and their collaborators, pagan and "New Age" practices are actually being encouraged under the Jewish label.
Theory is no longer enough to counteract the subversive influence; only positive action is strong enough to neutralize the kelipah (evil forces). So now the only solution, both in the orthodox Jewish world and outside, is to expose the infiltrators in our midst, while mobilizing everyone to participate in the war against Amalek. JAHG-USA's campaign to defund the PLO is one practical example. The campaign to abolish Christmas celebration is another. In fact, this JAHG-USA newsletter opens many possibilities in every issue.
Now it's time to apply Torah Judaism to practical issues, including all aspects of gentile society at large, rather than treating it like a spiritual refuge from modern life.
