JAHG-USA Newsletter: Week of 1 Sivan, 5766 / May 28, 2006

"How much should the U.S. participate in the international effort to limit nuclear proliferation?" Except for one "other," responses unanimously sided against U.S. participated in the international efforts to stop the spread of nuclear weapons. For that matter, even the "other" responder basically agreed. There were some comments:

Factual Background:
Communist revolution can never succeed through direct physical attack, for by its very destructive nature, it saps the strength out of anything over which it rules. Communist-occupied nations quickly lose their economies and ability to produce anything (industrial or agricultural), and consequently their ability to retain any sort of real military power; organizations infiltrated and controlled by Communists become fragmented and ineffective, held together artificially only through the cold will of soulless manipulators; and people recruited as Communist agents find their intellects and emotions crushed by the burden of hyperactive willpower, rendering them cold, zombie-like creatures with no true spiritual strength.

That means they must infiltrate their targeted nations with their agents or allies, who act as a treasonous "fifth column" by pretending to oppose Communism while actually sabotaging the fight and throwing people's efforts onto vain tangents that create endless defeat and futility, and which ultimately can exhaust the targeted nation enough to induce it to commit suicide.

One of the primary branches of revolution to infiltrate high positions in the United States is the Fabian Socialist movement, born of Satanic, Theosophical secret societies in London in the 1800s. The best-known Fabian organization in the United States is the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which recruits leading politicians, media figures, corporate directors, and other influential people and brings them under Fabian Socialist — thus pro-Communist — influence. The Fabian Socialist movement's symbol has been a wolf in sheep's clothing (we're not kidding; that's it's official logo!).

Since the phony "collapse" of Communism some fifteen years ago, the CFR and its Fabian and Communist allies have struggled to divert American attention away from the ongoing Communist revolution. Imaginary "Muslim fundamentalism" and the phantom "Al Qaeda" serve as one distraction; so have non-existent epidemics of AIDS, "SARS," "bird flu," or similar boogeymen. Another is "nuclear proliferation."

For years, the CFR has promoted through its activities and organs the notion that our enemy isn't the enemy itself, but rather their weapons. In an international application of the "gun control" concept, CFR-affiliated agents manipulate Americans into chasing nuclear weapons while leaving the Communists who own them untouched. Of course, any effort that spares the criminal will also leave his guns intact.

The Clinton/Bush crusade to stop nuclear weapons creates, predictably, such bizarre and contradictory policies as blocking non-Communist nations (such as South Korea, Taiwan, Israel, or South Africa) from acquiring the nuclear arsenals they need to protect against aggression by nuclear-armed Communist states while negotiating with deadly Communist regimes (such as North Korea, Iran, or Libya) to promise they won't keep building nukes — in exchange for all the economic and technological aid they need to keep right on building them secretly. It also leaves the center of the Communist Bloc (Soviet Russia, Soviet Ukraine, Red China) fully armed with nuclear bombs and warheads, which they can either use directly against us or provide to North Korea, Iran, and Libya (precisely as they are now doing).

The "nuclear proliferation" diversion also helps sabotage American war efforts. President Bush carefully limited the basis for attacking Iraq to finding and eliminating nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons, rather than destroying the Baathist/Communist infrastructure that still dominates Iraq today. Bush worked hand-in-hand with the United Nations and its International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to alternately raise and lower American support for the Iraq war, calibrating his efforts to manipulate half of Americans to support the war and the other half to oppose it — thus creating an ambiguous war with shaky support, and using that as leverage to prevent American soldiers from winning. To this day, the Bush-imposed rules that sabotage victory, keeping American troops helpless while allowing Iraqi Communists and terrorists to run amok, are excused on the basis that American's aren't there to fight Communism, but merely to eliminate nuclear weapons (or fight "Al Qaeda" ghosts).

And Bush even uses the "nuclear proliferation" issue to penalize Pakistan for its limited role in trans-shipping some nuclear technologies to other countries while openly providing more nuclear technology to the Marxist, Soviet-dominated government of India.

Relevant Torah Principles:
1) Torah traditions of prophecy teach that all weapons of war will be eliminated ("beaten into ploughshares") in the Messianic Era, when universal peace will exist on earth.

2) But that cannot take place, according to both prophetic traditions and halakha (G-d's Law), until (a) the Messianic king has been officially anointed by the rabbis, and (b) that Moshiach wins World War III and leads the Jewish people on a successful, global war of annihilation against the hidden descendants of the Amaleki nation (including women and children) and all their agents and collaborators — such as the Communists, Fabian Socialists, etc. All remaining traces of evil must first be purged from the world before the permanent Jerusalem Temple can be built and universal peace exist.

3) Until then, Jewish and Noahide Law both require that we not only remain well armed, but that we increase our armaments and mobilize to win World War III — the ultimate, final war between good and evil, in which all mankind fights for its survival against the Amaleki enemy. The Noahide commandment of establishing justice doesn't just require fighting necessary wars; it mandates victory, and barring miracles, that doesn't happen without proper weaponry. The Lubavitcher Rebbe several times emphasized the need for military strength by America and Israel, particularly in light of the Torah obligation not to rely on miracles.

Analysis:
As long as America (or any other non-Communist nation) participates in the UN/IAEA program to control nuclear weapons rather than the Communists who wield them, there is no possibility of success in keeping nukes out of the hands of revolutionary regimes and terrorists. In fact, it guarantees they'll get their nukes — while disarming anti-Communists.

Dropping the "nuclear proliferation" issue will require withdrawing from the IAEA and the UN, disengaging from negotiations with the Communist Bloc enemy, and clearing the government of CFR members and other Fabian Socialist traitors (such as Donald Rumsfeld, Condoleeza Rice, and George Bush himself). And we must re-arm with the nuclear weapons that have been retired or eliminated by the Carter, Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton, and Bush Jr. Administrations.

Cities or areas such as Las Vegas, where gambling is legal, have prospered tremendously. Should gambling be permitted in more states and cities?

(1) Yes, gambling brings prosperity.
(2) No gambling in most family-oriented cities, only in special places such as Las Vegas.
(3) All gambling is immoral and should be abolished.

Subversion Alert

This week:
Adam Penrod, most likely based either in Israel or in Texas

This last January, when the phony "Sanhedrin" fulfilled its role as a front for the subversive Root & Branch Association (R & B) by establishing an equally unkosher "Noahide Council," one of the gentiles present for the bogus initiation was geography/ archaeology student Adam Penrod.

The very fact that the R & B apparatus and its "Sanhedrin" would select Penrod as a "Noahide delegate" speaks volumes about him. But as it turns out, you don't have to look very far for his R & B connections; in fact, he's listed directly on the R & B web site as a member!

More than just an affiliate, Penrod is actively promoted by R & B, which publishes his autobiographical sketch as one of its carefully chosen commentaries — right next to R & B spokesman Aryeh Gallin (a viciously anti-Semitic gentile posing, of all things, as a Jew), Yehoshua Friedman (the Marxist founder and chairman of R & B), and Marxist Catholic "theologian" Hans Küng (the Communist agent who trained and promoted the current Pope, and a member of the R & B International Council).

Unsurprisingly, then, Penrod likewise promotes the full R & B agenda of sabotaging Judaism and the Noahide campaign. Already in 1999, he was endorsing the (then secret) plan to create a bogus "Sanhedrin" to seize control over Noahide efforts, and he forcefully opposed any efforts by Hasidic Gentiles to reach out and convert Christians or Muslims to become Hasidic Gentiles under Torah. Penrod also authored a "Noahide prayer book," which involved "Rabbi" Michael Bar-Ron (profiled recently as an R & B agent who quietly promotes Christian beliefs and the anti-Semitic "lost ten tribes" theology) in its endorsement, if not also in the writing itself.

The Torah teaches that supposedly "holy" materials written by heretics are actually defiled, and commands us to destroy those materials, even (or especially) if they superficially appear to be "kosher." By Torah Law, then, it is incumbent on anyone who has received a copy of Penrod's phony "prayer book" to burn it. And needless to say, Penrod himself will be completely excluded by the wise from all Jewish and Hasidic-Gentile circles, along with anyone else connected to the bogus, Moscow-controlled "Sanhedrin" that has named him a "Noahide delegate."

It is most unfortunate that Vendyl Jones, himself once an aspiring Noahide leader, had neither the wisdom nor backbone to avoid promoting Penrod at his own conferences and in his archaeological work. No wonder the R & B network is now certain it can fully control the corrupt, foolish Jones.

This week's example:
Rabbi Shlomo Braunstein, Principal, Mesivta High School Orach Chaim, Brooklyn, NY

Rabbi Braunstein was shown our PLO-defunding Proclamation last September 18th. Unable to find anything wrong with the Proclamation or the campaign, he instead resorted to a litany of bizarre and contradictory excuses. He first tried to hide behind more authoritative rabbis, insisting that they should speak privately with President Bush — the very opponent who's fighting to keep funding the PLO! Yet Rabbi Braunstein nervously opposed any public lobbying to stop Bush.

When he was shown the names of dozens of rabbis (including Rabbonim, scholarly rabbis with the authority to make decisions in Jewish Law) who had already endorsed the campaign, Rabbi Braunstein changed the standards and insisted that only the very highest rabbis in the world should participate — and dismissed all the endorsing rabbis as not being authoritative enough.

Of course, Rabbi Braunstein himself wouldn't qualify by his own standards, nor could he even compete with some of the Rabbonim who have endorsed the JAHG-USA campaign. So how did he decide he has the authority to override hundreds of other rabbis, many of them equal to or greater than he in Torah scholarship, in concluding they aren't allowed to participate in a campaign that Braunstein himself admits is a good cause?

Rabbi Braunstein coughed up such chutzpah (audacity) only out of sheer spinelessness, a total unwillingness to be involved in anything in life that might involve controversy. He nervously hopes others will somehow protect him while he shuns his Torah duties and responsibilities and pretends to be an observant Jew. He is put to shame by fellow staff at his (non-Lubavitch) yeshiva, who did endorse the Proclamation enthusiastically.

Terrorism Update:

Taking advantage of American apathy, the Soviet/ Red Chinese/ PLO war against Israel is sharply intensifying, funded by the Bush Administration. Here are your tax dollars at work over the last week:

Wednesday: Israeli soldiers arresting terrorists were attacked by gunfire; later, other Israeli soldiers arresting a terrorist were again attacked by well-prepared PLO rioters throwing firebombs, rocks, bricks, bottles, and concrete, and then by gunmen (1 soldier was injured, & the soldiers returned fire, killing 5 terrorists) (the PLO terrorists continued rioting after the Israelis were gone, apparently switching to attack Arab targets instead); 2 Kassam rockets fired from Gaza by the usual PLO-affiliated suspects (the Palestinian Authority/ PA, the Popular Resistance Committees/ PRC, Fatah's Al-Aqsa Brigades, and/or Islamic Jihad), 1 of the missiles damaging a home; an imprisoned member of the PLO-allied Islamic Jihad attacked & injured a guard with a metal bar (Communist groups typically run violent, highly disciplined gang networks inside prisons all throughout the world, including the U.S.); rocks thrown at cars driving in the West Bank, injuring 1 Arab driver & damaging another car.
Thursday: 2 Kassam rockets fired from Gaza by PLO-allied groups; shots fired at Israeli soldiers three different times; rocks thrown at cars driving north of Jerusalem; rocks thrown at a car driving south of Jerusalem, injuring a young girl; 1 firebomb (Molotov cocktail) thrown at another car; 1 bomb detonated by the Gaza border; mortar rounds fired from Gaza, exploding near the Gaza border; 1 terrorist caught transporting a Soviet Russian assault rifle; 1 hidden bomb detonated against Israeli soldiers driving by.
Friday: Israeli soldiers arresting terrorists were attacked with a bomb; 3 Kassam rockets fired from Gaza by PLO-allied groups; 1 terrorist lured an Israeli driver into stopping to help him (by pretending his car had broken down), then stabbed him with a knife & escaped; 1 bomb thrown at a kindergarten, but missed, landing on another roof and failing to explode; 1 terrorist caught carrying a knife; shots fired at Israeli soldiers.
Saturday (Shabbos & Sat. night): 2 Kassam rockets fired from Gaza by PLO-allied groups (1 exploded in an orchard, damaging it); 1 teenager injured in a knifing attack in Jerusalem; 30 "left-wing activists" (read: members of Communist-front organizations) physically assaulted Israeli soldiers; shots fired at Israeli soldiers on patrol.
Sunday: The PLO-founded Hezbollah and/or the PLO's Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine — General Command (PFLP-GC) fired three Soviet Russian Katyusha rockets fired into Israel from Lebanon, injuring 1 Israeli soldier & damaging a building; Hezbollah snipers and fighters then attacked Israeli army bases and residential communities along the Northern Israeli border with gunfire & mortar shells, injuring 1, & then fired a fourth Soviet Katyusha rocket that struck an abandoned building; 3 Kassam rockets fired from Gaza by PLO-allied groups; 1 firebomb thrown at an Israeli army base; 2 terrorists were caught on their way to carry out a suicide bombing in Jerusalem, carrying a 16-pound bomb studded with nails (the PLO's Al-Aqsa Brigades and its ally, Islamic Jihad, took credit for the attempt); the Israeli air force destroyed a vehicle transporting Hezbollah members and their Soviet Katyusha missiles for an imminent attack.
Monday: 6 terrorists tried to infiltrate into Israel from Communist Egypt; at least 2 mortar rounds fired from Gaza by PLO-allied groups, damaging an army dining hall; at least 1 Kassam rocket fired from Gaza by PLO-allied groups; firebombs thrown at Israeli soldiers in Bethlehem; stones thrown at a bus in the West Bank, smashing its windshield; firebombs thrown at cars driving near Hebron; 2 suicide bombers (working for the PLO's Popular Resistance Committee, its Al-Aqsa Brigades, and its ally, Islamic Jihad) tried to sneak out of Gaza carrying explosives for their mission, but were intercepted and fired a gun at Israeli soldiers, who killed one of them; 2 terrorists caught with a military knife, admitting their plan to carry out a stabbing attack; PLO rioters threw stones at Israeli troops.
Today (Tuesday): The PLO's Al-Aqsa Brigades publicly murdered a young palestinian man in the West Bank (after torturing him severely), firing several bullets into him in front of a crowd, to terrorize the Arabs watching; the PLO's Al-Aqsa Brigades then murdered a young palestinian woman the same way, also in the West Bank, pumping the mother of 4 young children (as young as 3 years old) full of bullets, again in front of a crowd to terrorize Arabs into collaborating with PLO forces; shots fired at a car on the road, wounding the driver; shots fired & 1 bomb thrown at Israeli soldiers; 2 terrorists caught carrying knives; 3 Kassam rockets fired from Gaza by PLO-allied groups, 1 exploding and causing damage in a town; the Israeli army attacked 3 PLO-allied Islamic Jihad terrorists about to fire Kassam rockets from Gaza, killing them before they could launch the missiles; other Islamic Jihad units, meanwhile, managed to fire a longer-range Soviet Russian Katyusha rocket from the Gaza; stones thrown at cars driving south of Bethlehem, damaging several.

This week's casualty count (not counting dead & injured terrorists):

Successful: 2 tortured & murdered; 9 injured; 1 home, 3 buildings, 1 bus, several cars, 1 orchard, & 1 unspecified target damaged
Prevented: at least 3 missiles; 2 suicide bombings; 1 shooting; 3 knifings; at least 1 unspecified attack

Even without much involvement from readers of this newsletter, we've been miraculously handed a small but symbolic victory in the campaign to stop PLO funding. One week ago, the U.S. House of Representatives defied President Bush's pro-PLO lobbying and passed a bill to cut back funding to the PLO's Palestinian Authority (PA). While the legislation would only prevent certain types of aid programs, and even that subject to Bush's decision clear the PA and restore the aid, it could still means hundreds of millions of dollars blocked from PLO terrorism.

So Bush continues to try to find alternate routes to keep the PLO in business, even while he still hopes to gut the substance of that bill in the Senate.

For one thing, he persuaded Congress to approve $1.7 billion in direct foreign aid to Communist Egypt, much of which is earmarked for weapons and other military expansion. But recently a good chunk of that money — about $800,000 — was intercepted being smuggled from Egypt to Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The money was turned over to the PLO's Fatah group under Mahmoud Abbas, who then — yes, you guessed right — transferred the money right back to Hamas! Meanwhile, the PLO and Hamas make lots of noise and publicity about supposedly fighting one another in the streets of Gaza, purely to distract from the direct coordination and support given by the PLO to Hamas.

The intercepted money was, presumably, only a tiny part of what gets through. By giving billions of taxpayer dollars in aid to Communist Egypt, Bush guarantees funding not only for the PLO, but also for its Hamas ally.

Bush is also stepping up aid through alternate channels to various PLO-controlled front groups, again ensuring a steady flow of American money to the PLO, which in turn funds Hamas.

If G-d is so merciful as to hand us partial victorious without your support, isn't it about time you got involved to finish the job and end PLO terrorism?

Many Jewish Leaders Are Helping the JAHG-USA Campaign

Rabbi Rabinowitz was presented the JAHG-USA Proclamation last August 3rd, and he gladly signed. He works at the same non-Hasidic yeshiva as "refusenik" Rabbi Braunstein (profiled above in the "Hall of Shame"), only as an administrator, yet he had no hesitation in endorsing the PLO-defunding campaign. He puts Rabbi Braunstein, the yeshiva's principal, to shame.

Rabbi Pikus was approached by a JAHG-USA volunteer days later, on August 12th, and also signed the Proclamation on the spot. An orthodox (though not Hasidic) rabbi, he heads the official organization that coordinates other Jewish groups in the heavily Jewish Flatbush area of Brooklyn. His endorsement should send a loud message to Jews throughout Brooklyn and the rest of the nation.

Rabbi Lipskier saw the Proclamation three days later, on August 15th, and signed promptly. A Lubavitcher Hasid, the rabbi teaches at the high school division of the United Lubavitcher Yeshivos, and also works at the Vaad L'Hafotzas Sichos (Council for the Distribution of Speeches), an organization that publishes the Lubavitcher Rebbe's speeches. That may have something to do with Rabbi Lipskier's having recognized that the JAHG-USA campaign is precisely the kind of program the Lubavitcher Rebbe called for so urgently for so long.

• (In response to the recent article on art, specifically to where we wrote, "Degrading or subversive art… must be completely censored — and the subversive artists executed before they can bring down the system into Communist anarchy and the Red Terror"):
"I'm afraid I can't support your vision in this and your ideas of a benevolent dictatorship any more than I could support the 'lofty' ideals of Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Mao, Lenin, or Stalin.… The only truly 'benevolent dictatorship' would be rule by G-d Himself — not a G-d-appointed man, who would be subject to sin, corruption and failure.…" — DJ.

Our response to this letter, part 4: Aside from the obvious audacity behind morally equating G-d's Will with the Satanic ambitions of Communists (G-d forbid!), there's a fundamental mistake in this kind of thinking.

"Theocracy" is defined as government according to G-d's Law. To be a true theocracy, it must follow the authentic Law of G-d — as found in G-d's Hebrew Scriptures, His Holy Talmud, and all other parts of His Spoken Word — not some man-made imitation. That rules out Christian or Muslim notions of "theocracy," based as they must be on the man-made "New Testament" or Kuran, as being phony.

But theocracy does not mean that human beings wouldn't run the government. On the contrary, G-d's Law specifically requires that men occupy the positions of authority, and promises that the theocracy established with the arrival of Moshiach (the Messianic King), ruled by men, will be eternal. Since G-d Himself commands men to rule a theocracy, it would be a defiant rebellion against G-d's Will to refuse to set up such a system.

The Jewish commandment to establish a king is found in Deuteronomy 17:15 (all translations from the Hebrew are ours): "You shall absolutely place over you a king, whom Hashem your G-d shall choose…" (the emphatic use of the Hebrew verb "to place" is translated here by "absolutely"). This is a commandment, not a suggestion; Jews must do so as soon as they have appropriate control over the land of Israel. To fail to appoint a human king would be tantamount to rebellion.

Likewise, Jews are commanded to establish a structure of courts with rabbinical judges, as stated a few verses earlier, in Deuteronomy 17:8-12:
