JAHG-USA Newsletter: Week of 29 Teves, 5766 / January 29, 2006

In response to last week's question, "Should the U.S. Supreme Court have upheld Oregon's right-to-die law?", all our answering readers unanimously weighed in with a resounding "no!". Here are excerpts of the exceptionally vigorous comments:

Factual Background:
Oregon is, so far as we know, the first state in the U.S. to adopt a "right-to-die" law that allows "terminally" ill patients choose to end their lives deliberately and prematurely. But certain other countries, notably in Europe, have already experimented with similar laws in recent decades.

More eye-openingly, the modern pioneer of this "right to suicide" notion was none other than the National Socialist (Nazi) regime of Germany in the 1930s. Adopted as part of the Public Health agenda pushed heavily in Adolf Hitler's book, Mein Kampf ("My Struggle"), the "right" to euthanasia was soon transformed into an involuntary power exercised by the Nazi regime's health agencies. The Holocaust began not on Jews, but on German hospital patients deemed a burden to the system — some, but not all of them, being terminally ill. Commonly known as the "T-4 Program" (named after the Health Ministry's address at the Chancellory, Tiergartenstrasse 4 in Berlin), the project murdered, or "euthanized," an estimated 96,000 handicapped or severely ill patients using carbon monoxide gassing in 1940.

The "success" of the program led the SS stormtroopers to begin the Holocaust against the Jews and others the following year — experimenting with mobile vans in which the victims were locked and suffocated, also using carbon monoxide gas. Although the carbon-monoxide vans ultimately proved impractical, they played a critical role in getting the momentum of the Holocaust underway.

The lesson should, of course, be obvious: Once granted as a legal "right," euthanasia soon becomes an involuntary instrument of murder and even genocide. This is the reason that the Communists and their National Socialist allies have pushed so hard for legalized euthanasia in non-Communist countries. It serves as the open door to the mass murder planned by Communist revolutionaries.

So it should not be surprising that the testing of legal euthanasia since World War II has again brought ominous results. The Netherlands serve as a spectacular case in point; already in the 1980s, their relatively new "right" to euthanasia was already, for all practical purposes, becoming involuntary throughout the land. Doctors and even nurses have routinely authorized euthanasia for patients without their consent or knowledge. Once so authorized, it can be virtually impossible for family and friends (let alone the helpless patient himself) to reverse the decision. Hundreds of murders occur each year through this process.

Americans can easily see why leftist forces, in the Supreme Court and elsewhere, are celebrating their victory in Oregon. What those leftists plan for the American population at large — particularly an aging population with every-higher percentages of "burdensome" senior citizens — is becoming frighteningly obvious.

Relevant Torah Principles:
1) One of the Seven Noahide Laws is the prohibition against murder. This includes suicide for any reason, and euthanasia (voluntary or otherwise) is no exception. Torah mandates the death penalty for any doctor, nurse, or family member who participates in the euthanasia of a patient.

2) The Torah does not require the death penalty for attempted murder, and thus no mandatory penalty applies for the person who attempts suicide on his own. However, this is still forbidden, and Torah does authorize the government to take any necessary measures to prevent suicidal action. Advocates of legalized euthanasia, for example, could be banned and prosecuted for incitement to attempted murder. In establishing laws to suppress the Public Health movement and its euthanasia advocacy, the government may institute virtually any penalty, including death.

Analysis:
Several political repairs are badly needed in America to stop the drive toward euthanasia.

Most immediately, the Supreme Court decision must be overturned. The U.S. Constitution places Congress over the Supreme Court in at least two ways: (a) By simply passing a law reversing any Supreme Court decision, the Court's ruling loses all power of precedent, and (b) if the Supreme Court justices refuse to see it that way, Congress may impeach and remove all nine of them for violating the supreme law of the land — the Constitution. Congress (the Senate) would then have exclusive power to approve as replacement justices only those who will uphold Congressional law. And if the president insists on nominating improper judges, Congress may impeach and remove the president (and the vice president) from office as well.

The Constitution, however, may not allow the federal government to override state laws in such cases. If so, then a sufficient majority of state governments, working with Congress, can amend the Constitution to allow federal laws against euthanasia, abortion, and other subversive state laws.

On top of these measures, the government must ban all advocacy of the Public Health agenda, and must empower the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to root out and prosecute the hidden leftist network pushing Public Health. Only with a far-reaching, aggressive use of death penalty against all Public Health advocates can the drive for euthanasia, abortion, and the mass murder of tens of millions of Americans be averted, for the Communists never rest so long as they are left alive to keep trying. If the underground Communist network behind Public Health is not exterminated, they will ultimately come to power and exterminate the great masses of people who hesitated to eliminate the Communist threat while they had the chance.

Jack Saunders, Athens, Tennessee

Another member of the phony "Sanhedrin's" new "Noahide council" is the Tennessee-based Saunders, who for years has worked closely with J. David Davis in running an equally phony "Noahide" group of former Christians in the eastern part of the state. The Davis / Saunders organization is (unofficially) a close and integral part of the Root & Branch Association's subversive network, which since the 1980s has sought to infiltrate and seize control of emerging Hasidic Gentiles. Among the close associates of Davis and Saunders is Professor James Tabor of North Carolina, an unceasing presence in R & B circles who nevertheless avoids even claiming to uphold Torah or the Seven Noahide Laws according to authentic Jewish tradition; rather, Tabor, like his R & B bosses, advocates the subversive, cultish "lost ten tribes" theology (which tries to persuade various groups of gentiles that they are the "lost" tribes and therefore the "true Jews"). Davis and Saunders, likewise, push the "lost tribes" theology in a carefully low-key manner.

As mentioned previously, I personally met with Saunders in May of 1996 (and stayed in his Tennessee home overnight), when I naively believed Saunders was genuine (and when I myself was a "Noahide"). We spent literally several hours in his kitchen as he kept trying to influence me with a mysterious agenda to which he only hinted. Among other things, I was able to discern that his agenda included (a) trying to discredit the Jewish oral traditions in favor of some other propaganda; (b) trying to convince Hasidic Gentiles that they are the "true Jews" and needn't listen to Jewish teachings; and (c) trying to turn new Hasidic Gentiles against Jews in general, and against orthodox rabbis in particular. Understandably, Saunders was extremely guarded about his true objectives, and was only willing to speak as much as he did with me because I wasn't yet Jewish; he is exceedingly careful not to allow Jews to hear him advocate such notions, as he continues to work with orthodox rabbis, fooling and manipulating them at will.

Saunders undoubtedly works for whatever organization controls Root & Branch from behind the scenes, which may be either the Soviet Russian KGB directly, or the Israeli Mossad or American CIA, both of which have been heavily penetrated by Soviet moles since their creation in the 1940s (so much so that both agencies now function as virtual arms of Soviet intelligence). All wise Jews and Hasidic Gentiles will heed this warning and run as far away as possible from Saunders and his ilk, trusting absolutely nothing that they say.

And that means, of course, staying far away from the phony "Sanhedrin" that has named Saunders and other R & B agents onto its nefarious "Noahide council."

This week's example:
Rabbi Yosef Kanofsky, Youth Action Movement (YAM), Brooklyn, NY

A JAHG-USA volunteer showed Rabbi Kanofsky our Proclamation (which lists the Torah rules requiring everyone to get involved with JAHG-USA's PLO-defunding campaign) last May 27th. Kanofsky refused without the slightest hesitation or equivocation. In fact, he didn't sound the least bit like cowardly rabbis who fear getting involved in controversy. That caught our attention.

Kanofsky took a brazen, aggressive tone never heard elsewhere, referring to the Proclamation (endorsed by hundreds of rabbis, including several authoritative Rabbonim) as "wacky," but his real colors showed when he specifically objected to mentioning that the PLO is Marxist. Plenty of Jews, including many a rabbi, have already agreed that the PLO is well known as a Marxist, revolutionary organization (a point easily documented). Clearly Kanofsky didn't like alienating Jews from Marxism by reminding people that the hated PLO is part of the international Marxist revolution. In other words, Kanofsky was trying to protect Marxism — a dead giveaway that he himself is a Marxist.

Our suspicion was further confirmed when Kanofsky again defied the stereotype of cowardly "refusenik" rabbis (who merely try to duck out of controversy, without actually opposing our campaign) by using various tricks and methods of psychological warfare (in which Communists are well trained) to try to turn our JAHG-USA volunteer against the campaign! This is also consistent with Kanofsky's "former" involvement in left-wing activities (before he claimed to become religious).

This now explains Kanofsky's role as Program Director of the Youth Action Movement (YAM). Claiming to serve troubled Lubavitch Hasidic youth (many of whom, out of spiritual confusion, are recently leaving the religion in favor of nightclubs, drugs, and immoral relations with gentile girls), the YAM strangely seems to fail in solving the growing problem of troubled teen behavior. Kanofsky claims he is doing everything he can, and then blames the failure on the rest of the Lubavitch community.

His YAM organization no doubt serves as a recruiting front for the Communist underground, exploiting troubled, confused youth (who are always the easiest targets of Communist recruitment). YAM's name is typical of Communist organizations (sounding like something of a cross between the American Youth Congress, a Communist front, and the Revolutionary Action Movement, a Cuban-controlled terror network). YAM is so well trusted by the parents of the troubled teenagers that they allow Kanofsky and his fellow radicals to take their sons off to camping retreats and other activities where they can be subversively influenced without parental supervision.

Kanofsky and certain of his associates are actively expanding the revolutionary, subversive Communist network inside the Hasidic communities — right under the noses of naive, desperate parents. It's no wonder the phenomenon of troubled youth is only getting worse.

And it's no surprise Kanofsky so vehemently opposes the campaign to defund the PLO, his Communist comrades-in-arms.

Terrorism Update:

Here are some other PLO terror attacks and related actions, funded by the U.S. taxpayer, that took place this last week:

Thursday night, PLO terrorists launched an explosive Kassam rocket from the Gaza Strip into the rest of Israel, but it missed any targets.
Within a few hours, terrorists fired a mortar round at an Israeli army base without hitting anything.
Also Thursday evening, terrorists fired guns at Israeli soldiers in the West Bank, but missed.
On Saturday (it's not clear whether during or after Shabbos), an apparent terrorist tried to run down an Israeli soldier with his car, but only injured the soldier somewhat.
Saturday night, a terrorist threw a firebomb at an Israeli army vehicle, injuring no one.
That same night, terrorists fired two Kassam missiles from the Gaza, again hitting nothing.
Sunday morning, terrorists in a PLO-controlled area of the West Bank shot at Israeli soldiers, hitting no one.
During the day Sunday, four masked assailants fought Israeli police, and were arresed.
Sunday night, revolutionaries threw firebombs (Molotov cocktails) at an Israeli car, but missed.
That same evening, terrorists threw threw other Molotov cocktails at a home in Jerusalem, although no one was injured.
Also Sunday night, two Kassam rockets were fired from the Gaza at a kibbutz, hitting nothing.
The al-Aqsa Brigades of Fatah, the main group in the PLO, boasted that they have been responsible for many of the Kassam rockets and mortar shells fired from the Gaza Strip.
This afternoon (Tuesday), three Islamic Jihad terrorists fired guns at Israeli soldiers and border patrol officers who came to arrest them. One Israeli officer was seriously injured, while two of the terrorists were killed and the third arrested.
Also today, six Kassam missiles were fired from the Gaza; three did not make it outside the Gaza Strip, one landed in the ocean, and two struck other parts of Israel without hitting targets.
This evening, terrorists were caught carrying firebombs. They were arrested without being able to use the explosives.
Later this evening (Tuesday), two more Kassam rockets were fired from the Gaza; these ones damaged "several cars" when they exploded in the Israeli town of Sderot.

This week's casualty count: 2 people injured and several cars damaged (not counting dead terrorists).

The recent "electoral victory" of Hamas was entirely staged by the PLO, which coordinates and finances Hamas, as an excuse to goad the U.S. to take Hamas off the list of terrorist groups and fund it directly, just as the U.S. has long financed the PLO (and thus Hamas indirectly). As usual, the PLO and its leader, Mahmoud Abbas, continue to support and defend their closely-controlled Hamas partner. (As far as the farce of "elections" in the Gaza and West Bank, the terrorized Arabs who live under the PLO boot have absolutely no ability to choose how to vote; if they could, the Arabs would enthusiastically expel the PLO, Hamas, and all allied Marxist occupation forces from the land, and would opt for a return to liberation under the Israeli government.)

But the "controversy" over the orchestrated Hamas pseudo-victory has revealed some important facts regarding U.S. funding of the PLO. News sources now report that direct U.S. aid amounts to $400 million per year, not counting a variety of other programs such as indirect funding through America's financing of the United Nations, which forwards at least $500 million of those American taxpayer dollars to PLO operations annually (and millions of other dollars are routed through foreign aid to third-party governments in the Middle East). Since the PLO budget is estimated to be somewhere between $1.3 billion and $1.6 billion per year, the $900 million-plus (probably about $1 billion) of U.S. money constitutes the great majority of the PLO-Hamas-Islamic Jihad budget for terrorism (the rest comes from Europe).

That's why your help is so important in the JAHG-USA campaign to "Stop Financing the PLO!". You can certainly spare money, volunteer time, or other resources to do your part in stopping the terrorists — while there is still time.

Rabbi Goldstein was shown the proclamation by a JAHG-USA volunteer last June 20th, and the next day (after having a chance to look it over) he signed it. However, he was well aware that his father (Rabbi Levi Goldstein, a "refusenik" we profiled last week) doesn't sign, so the younger Mendel nervously tried to change his name from "Goldstein" (which means "Stone of Gold" in Yiddish) to "Even-Zahav" (also "Stone of Gold," but in Hebrew). He was clearly nervous at crossing his father, but at the same time he knew the Proclamation is correct and worthy of endorsement. Perhaps his father will feel some shame from his son's more righteous behavior, and repent.

Rabbi Dinerman was shown the Proclamation on June 21st, the same day Mendel Goldstein signed, and Rabbi Dinerman signed on the spot.

Rabbi Mendel Goldstein was a teacher at the Oholei Torah Yeshiva for Lubavitch boys, although he said he would be changing jobs during the summer, so we're not sure what he's doing now. Rabbi Dinerman is a teacher at Yeshiva Chanoch Lenaar, which serves troubled Lubavitch youth (and which makes a more authentic effort to make a difference, unlike Yosef Kanofsky's "Youth Action Movement," profiled above). So two more Torah teachers agree: You are personally obligated to assist our campaign to defund the PLO (and its Hamas front). Shall we hear from you this week?
