JAHG-USA Newsletter: Week of 22 Teves, 5766 / January 22, 2006

Last week we asked, "How should Saudi Arabia be treated?" Opinions were sharply divided; 60% called that nation the terrorist enemy, while the other 40% called it an ally. There were no "other" votes or ambiguous opinions. Here are excerpts of some comments:

Factual Background:
Modern Saudi Arabia was officially founded in 1926. Prior to the rise of King Abdul Aziz ibn Saud, the Arabian peninsula had been dominated by the Turkish empire, with pockets of independent mini-kingdoms (such as Yemen). Turkey's defeat during World War I placed the region under British domination, from which ibn Saud astonishingly conquered and built the current Saudi kingdom.

Under Turkish rule, Muslim religious observance had gradually declined, the local cultures having partly reverted to pre-Islamic superstition and paganism. British influence during WWI brought the subversive agenda of the Fabian Socialist network, of whom T.E. Lawrence ("Lawrence of Arabia") was a high-level member. Working in support of Marxist revolutionary aims, Lawrence mobilized and armed various Arab tribes first against the Turks and then against one another; the object was to finish off Muslim religion while establishing a Middle Eastern base for Communist revolution.

Ibn Saud, the local ruler of one small area, was a follower of the 18th-century Wahhabist revival movement of Islam, which taught that Muslims should cast aside idolatrous practices and return to a pure Islam in belief and action. While he and his small group of followers were certainly capable of barbarism (and disliking Jews), they constantly credited G-d for their successes — and they were indisputably serious about their religious beliefs. Heaven, in return, bestowed tremendous mercy upon them, protecting ibn Saud's forces with one miracle after another.

Starting before WWI, Saud's forces began overthrowing Turkish rule, and then in a serious of battlefield victories that were nothing less than incredible, defeated the far better armed British forces and their Arab proxies. Shortly after defeating the Socialist objectives of T.E. Lawrence and his fellow agents in the British Foreign Ministry, ibn Saud consolidated his hold over enough territory to establish Saudi Arabia. Facing ongoing intrigues by the Fabians, the impoverished Saudis were again Divinely favored with the discovery of oil in their new kingdom in the 1930s — the world's largest known reserves.

This gift of wealth, combined with more miracles, protected the Saudis from a serious of Communist revolutionary efforts to overthrow their monarchy. Since the 1950s, a long series of external military attacks, incited revolution from within, and terrorist assaults have been used against the Saudi kingdom, but always miraculously failing at the last possible second. The attacks have been launched or supported by the Communist regimes in Egypt, Syria, and later Yemen and Iran, as well as by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP, an overtly Marxist branch of the PLO, which itself openly calls for the overthrow of the Saudi government), Hezbollah (supervised and run by Iranian intelligence), and the Saudi Communist Party.

Saudi Arabia has remained the most stubbornly independent, religiously devout Muslim nation in a region where other, more secular societies have collapsed like dominoes into Communist revolution, including Egypt, Syria, Libya, North and South Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, Iraq, and Iran — all now leading sponsors of international revolution and terrorism. Saudi Arabia remained for decades one of the region's leading opponents of terrorists, refusing even to have contact with the PLO or to support its revolution against Israel.

Yet subversion has gradually made its way into the kingdom. Some members of the royal Saudi family have become agents either of the Communists or the closely allied Fabian Socialists. The recently deceased King Fahd was more conservative and anti-Communist, having terminated aid to the PLO (until President Clinton put pressure on him and forced the restoration of aid to Arafat's anti-Saudi gangs in 1993). The current King Abdullah, in contrast, directly collaborates with the Communists in Syria and Iran to try to overthrow his own government through terrorism, and he is openly assisting anti-Muslim, anti-monarchy leftists in the kingdom itself.

The presence of a vast, underground PLO/PFLP and Communist network inside Saudi Arabia, including secret agents at all levels of the Saudi government, has allowed the Soviet-controlled terror network to tap Saudi money and recruits for revolution throughout the Middle East. But if the Communists would be successful in overthrowing the monarchy, they would not only violently suppress religious Islamic devotion but would then be able to use the considerable Arabian resources (oil, advanced military weapons, etc.) to spread a firestorm of revolution worldwide. The fact that the Communists have not yet been able to seize control of Saudi Arabia has greatly limited their operations.

It's not surprising, therefore, that Soviet Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has publicly expressed frustration at not being able to destroy Saudi Arabia. And he has repeated the Communist propaganda line that tries to blame the Saudis for terrorism, hoping to divert attention from the Soviet KGB and Communist Bloc, which are the true sponsors and coordinators of the world terror network.

Relevant Torah Principles:
1) When faced with the assault of Napoleon Bonaparte and the subversive aims of the French Revolution, the Alter Rebbe (Rabbi Schneur Zalman, founder of the Chabad Chassidic movement) threw the full resources of his Jewish followers into defeating Napoleon. This meant working closely with, and actively helping, the Christian, anti-Semitic monarchy of the Russian Czar, who had previously imprisoned and nearly executed the Alter Rebbe. Christianity, unlike Islam, is actually idolatrous, and the Czar's government had heavily persecuted Jews (and would later resume doing so). Yet the Alter Rebbe did not hesitate to assist the Czar against the hated Napoleon and his revolutionary secret societies (which later gave birth to the Communist International), even to the point of risking the lives of his top Chasidim as spies against Napoleon just to provide critical intelligence data to the Czar's military and police.

2) The Torah commands Jews to pray for the peace of the (legitimate) government. This means supporting its national security against all revolutionary enemies, regardless of how corrupt, idolatrous, or even anti-Semitic the rulers may be. Under no circumstances must we allow Marxist or Socialist revolutionaries to seize power anywhere in the world, even if we must risk Jewish lives to prevent it. The Alter Rebbe referred to such revolutionary evil as "Satanic" (his own choice of wording), whereas other governments are merely misguided or uncivilized at worst.

3) If this principle applies to Jews, how much more so it clearly obligates gentiles, who, under the Noahide Law of upholding justice (including primarily law and order itself) must actively guard against all subversive, revolutionary forces.

Analysis:
The Clinton and Bush Administrations continue to force the Saudis to route American foreign aid to the PLO, which is the enemy of Israel, Saudi Arabia, America, and every other non-Communist nation on earth. This must stop, and the president and his cabinet must be impeached and removed from office on the high charge of treason for assisting the world's terrorist enemies.

And America must apply pressure, or intervene if necessary, to save the Saudi monarchy from the Marxist forces infiltrating its highest institutions. The removal of such subversives would pave the way to bring Saudi Arabia into an open alliance with Israel against Communism, something conservative Saudis would undoubtedly be willing to contemplate. After all, we (Israel, America, Saudi Arabia) face the same enemy.

But if Saudi Arabia is allowed to fall to Marxist revolution, America and Israel will face a tidal wave of emboldened, aggressive terrorism like we have never seen before (R"L).

Days ago, the Supreme Court upheld Oregon's Right-to-Die law. Is this a proper decision?

(1) It's not enough; there needs to be a federal guarantee to protect the right to die.
(2) It was proper to let each state decide, so people may exercise control over their own life and death.
(3) No, the decision must be overturned and suicide blocked under all circumstances.
(4) Other

Subversion Alert

Special Notice: Our exposures of enemy infiltrators, and the recent success of our anti-PLO campaign, have begun making the Communists seriously nervous. Jacob Scharff

Another gentile recently appointed by the phony "Sanhedrin" to its "Noahide" council, Scharff first became known to us in the late 1990s when he lived in the Los Angeles area. He briefly attended meetings of the Noahide group I led at the time in Orange County, assisting other spies already inside the group in undermining my efforts. We since discovered that Scharff is an active member of the Root and Branch network, constantly promoting and helping organize its subversive activities against the Noahide movement while pretending to be "Noahide" himself.

Scharff has also been active in infiltrating the Yemenite Jewish community, a project of such Communist agents as Noah Potter of New York.

Scharff may be an actual member of a Communist underground cell, or at any rate of the CIA or some similar intelligence agency that is heavily infiltrated by Soviet moles. It makes little difference. All Noahides and Jews are well-warned to stay away from this wicked infiltrator.

(Note: The underground Communist apparatus and its aboveground tentacles are actively engaged in subversion in all sectors and institutions of society today. Its agents would dearly love to know the full extent of our information, which would assist their disinformation efforts. Consequently, we do not divulge all our facts or sources. These profiles are intended only as a warning to the wise to monitor the individuals and groups exposed here, and to avoid their influence.)

A JAHG-USA volunteer first showed Rabbi Goldstein our Proclamation (which lists the Torah rules requiring everyone to get involved with JAHG-USA's PLO-defunding campaign) last May 27th. But Goldstein, many of whose fellow yeshiva teachers had already signed, nervously refused. He couldn't find anything wrong with the Proclamation, so he ducked out by saying that his mashpia (mentor) had supposedly instructed him not to sign anything (!). We recently tried again, hoping that the new tied of endorsements might encourage the rabbi. But when our volunteer approached him on January 21st (the evening after Shabbos), Goldstein became furious and spiteful, angrily yelling at the volunteer and trying to slam the door in his face. And again Goldstein tried to hide behind his mashpia.

It goes entirely without saying that it is absolutely forbidden to take advice from an evil mashpia who recommends violating Torah and mitzvos. Goldstein knows better. He is in open, brazen violation of Jewish Law, rabbinical rulings, Hasidic teachings, and the clear directives of the Lubavitcher Rebbe.

But Goldstein doesn't find it convenient to disturb his comfortable, worthless life even to save his brothers and sisters under terrorist attack in the Holy Land. Goldstein is therefore in the category of one who separates himself from the rest of the Jewish people, losing his share of the World to Come (eternal life) and being equivalent to a mumar (one who converts to another religion and abandons his Jewish identity completely). He faces a terrible judgment from G-d if he does not repent and turn around soon.

Jewish prophecy warns that many Jews will die during the tribulations preceding the coming of Moshiach (in fact, it's already starting now, with PLO terrorism). If innocent Jews are already dying, how much more so must the destruction engulf those who had a chance to do something, but defiantly refused. Rabbi Goldstein will definitely not survive the approaching birthpangs if his current state persists.

Terrorism Update:
SPECIAL ALERT: A suicide bomber detonated himself Thursday at a restaurant in Tel Aviv, Israel. At least 30 were wounded, including both Jews and Arabs. Islamic Jihad, a group closely allied with the PLO that does not carry out operations without PLO coordination, took official credit; the al-Aqsa Brigades of Fatah, the PLO's main group, openly praised the attack. Intelligence information indicates the Fatah's armed unit also directly participated in organizing the bombing — meaning that U.S. taxpayer dollars to the PLO paid for the bloodshed.

Here are some other PLO terror attacks and related actions, funded by the U.S. taxpayer, that took place this last week:

Last Tuesday night, terrorist fired a mortar round from the Gaza Strip, but it hit nothing.
On Thursday, two terrorists tried to throw firebombs at cars on an Israeli highway; one was shot and killed, and the other arrested, before they could do anything.
The same day, another terrorist did throw a firebomb at an Israel car in the West Bank, but missed.
Several shots were fired that day at Israeli soldiers, also missing.
Also on Thursday, PLO-instigated riots took place in Jerusalem.
On Sunday, terrorists fired a Kassam rocket from the Gaza Strip. It hit an empty area.
On the same day, PLO gunman fired at Israeli troops near the Gaza, but missed.
On Monday, PLO terrorists fired guns at Israeli soldiers near the Gaza Strip, but missed.
Also on Monday, 3 explosive Kassam missiles were fired from the Gaza, but hit nothing.
And on the same day, PLO gunmen fired at Israeli soldiers, injuring one.

This week's casualty count: 31 people injured and a restaurant totally destroyed (not counting dead terrorists).

It turns out that one of the Bush Administration's numerous channels for aid to terrorists is a project by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) giving $2 million of taxpayers' money to Fatah, the primary, most violent terrorist organization in the PLO. The money allows the PLO to divert resources to terror attacks, thus financing assaults like the one that destroyed the Tel Aviv restaurant last Thursday.

The PLO is building and preparing for a future war of extermination, not only against all Israelis (Jews and many Arabs) but also against Americans here in America (and Europeans). Don't wait until you're the target; get involved now with JAHG-USA's campaign to defund the PLO. And don't let traitors and collaborators in our midst persuade you otherwise. They are only trying to paralyze you until they can make you the next victim (R"L).

Since he is the assistant principal, his signature makes a solid bloc of support at Lubavitch Yeshiva, just as we also have at the parallel Oholei Torah Yeshiva.

Rabbi Seligson, a teacher at Oholei Torah, was approached for the first time last June 9th, and he signed on the spot. His endorsement helped bring more supporters on board and turn others around from initially refusing.
